During the preliminary stages, each match will be played in a best-of-five series within a double-elimination tournament format. While the Europe Cup will be held online, the Americas Cup will take place in São Paolo, Brazil, and the Asia-Pacific Cup will be hosted in Busan, South Korea.

Each Regional Cup is contested using a Best-of-Five (BO5) setup within a single-elimination quarterfinals tournament. The champions, runners-up, and third-place finishers from each cup will qualify for the World Finals in Paris, France. The 2025 Summoners War World Arena Championship (SWC) World Finals will also follow a single-elimination structure. Most matches throughout the tournament are played using a BO5 format, but the final match is played as a Best-of-Seven (BO7).
