50-year-old host of This Morning playfully posted on Instagram, suggesting that her “50-year-old uterus” couldn’t handle it, before enthusiastically dancing like Meghan Markle did in the viral video from 2021, trying to encourage the birth of her daughter Lilibet by imitating a dance similar to twerking.

Fans and famous friends alike rushed to the comments to praise Alison for her hysterical video. 

They exclaimed, “Another reason to adore Alison”: “I absolutely love this and two thumbs up for Meghan!”: “She’s simply regal”: “Wow, you are fantastic, Alison, XO!” (The last one is a more casual, affectionate version.)

Previously, the Duchess of Sussex posted an old video on her Instagram to celebrate her daughter’s fourth birthday. She mentioned that there was just one task remaining when the princess had passed her due date by a week.

The scene captures Prince Harry appearing as he comes into the camera’s view, while a heavily pregnant Meghan begins to dance suggestively, performing a type of dance known as “twerking,” near a hospital bed. She then proceeds to move around the room in a similar manner.

She shared, “Experience the depth of love my son has for me, and it’s like magic.” Over time, he’s transformed into such a thoughtful young man. He lends a hand in so many ways, assisting me with household chores.

He offers sound guidance, and since he’s part of Generation Z, he stays current and shares with me what’s trendy or popular.

He’s the counterbalance to my energetic side; he shares many of my traits but has a more tranquil demeanor. I’m more excitable, often expressing myself with exclamations like ‘Woo-hoo’, while he tends to respond with a soothing, “Calm down.” He doesn’t attempt to curb my enthusiasm, though.

She joked: ‘He wouldn’t try to change me because, well, why mess with perfection?’
