The article mentions that in addition to its findings, Zara borrowed a sum of £122,798 from her own business, established in 2018. As of now, there is an unpaid balance of £14,929 on this loan.

Besides Zara Nicole McDermott Limited, she additionally manages Tiger Mac Properties – a company she established recently. The business description for this entity is ‘acquiring and disposing of her personal real estate holdings.’

Although Zara has notable earnings, Louis Vuitton’s wealth is estimated at an impressive £54M, largely due to his success with One Direction and his solo ventures.

He mentioned that Louis’s wealth primarily comes from his time in One Direction. It’s expected that Zara’s connection with him could lead to additional business opportunities for her, potentially increasing her earnings.

This year, news emerged that Zara secured a new documentary deal. The broadcaster confirmed her travel plans for an upcoming series, which will air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer in 2025, taking her to Thailand.

She told OK! Magazine: ‘Yeah, she is amazing and they are really happy. I’m really happy for him.’

Lottie, mother of two-year-old Lucky and five-month-old Flossie alongside her fiancé Lewis Burton, subtly suggested that Zara may be called upon for babysitting duties in the near future.

Asked if the couple would be helping out she joked: ‘Hopefully, yeah.’

Apart from Lottie, Louis likewise has a role as the elder sibling to twins Phoebe and Daisy who are 21 years old. Sadly, his other sister Félicité met an untimely end in 2019 at age 18 due to an accidental drug overdose.
