Jessie J, 37, shares video of herself on stage just hours after having FIVE secret breast biopsies amid cancer diagnosis as she reveals how much discomfort she was in

Jessie J posted an emotional video, showing her powering through pain to perform for fans, mere hours following her five private medical tests.

37-year-old artist behind the hit song “Price Tag” shared her breast cancer diagnosis in a heartfelt video posted on Wednesday. She was fortunate to have detected the illness at an early stage.

After receiving a diagnosis in late April, Jessie is scheduled for surgery in hopes of eradicating the cancer following her performance at the Summertime Ball on June 15th.

On a heartfelt social media update over the weekend, Jessie posted a video where she was seen laughing and bantering on stage – an event that took place only a few hours following her enduring five biopsies last month.

Her heartfelt post stated: ‘Last night, I underwent five breast biopsies, and I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. However, my excitement to perform was overwhelming, and I chose not to back out.’

As I re-watch this intriguing series, I find myself struggling to contain my excitement and thoughts, fearing they might spill out uncontrollably.

‘Laughing and joking in hard times (handshake emoji) me’

The video depicted Jessie appearing resilient as she shared a humorous account with her followers concerning her initial album, titled Who You Are.

Recently, Jessie came back into the music scene by releasing her latest track “No Secrets.” However, only a few days prior to its release, she shared that she had received a cancer diagnosis.

Hey everyone! You know, I’ve been wrestling with this decision for a while now, torn between keeping my personal life private and sharing something that’s close to my heart. But, given the overwhelming interest and love you all have shown me, I feel it’s only fair that I let you in on what’s been going on…

Additionally, I wish to extend this experience to my supporters and those who value me. It’s noteworthy that I am someone who shares, having consistently opened up about the various phases of my life.

Prior to the release of No Secrets, I had been diagnosed with an early stage of breast cancer. Cancer is dreadful no matter its shape, yet I cling to the hope that it was detected early.

Throughout this entire period, I’ve found myself constantly taking and re-taking exams. Moreover, I want to clarify that I haven’t fully grasped the information due to my intense workload.

Despite fighting breast cancer, Jessie remains vigorous in promoting “No Secrets,” her flagship track for her forthcoming sixth studio album.

Previously, she graced the stage during the BAFTA Television Awards held in London last month, where she sang “The Award Goes To,” marking her triumphant comeback.

Jesse expressed a desire to be candid and disclose the matter, for one reason being that she seldom discusses it herself, finding that she doesn’t have time to ponder on it due to her intense workload.

She mentioned: ‘I’ve experienced firsthand the benefits of sharing experiences. People have shown me kindness, offered support, and shared their personal tales as well.’

As a Londoner with a heart full of compassion, I can’t help but feel deeply saddened when I see others enduring hardships that mirror or even exceed what I’ve experienced myself. It’s these moments that truly tug at my heartstrings.

I simply wanted to inform everyone that this wasn’t an intentional action on my part. Fortunately, I get to retain my nipples, which is great news considering the unusual nature of the subject and circumstances involved.

Jessie pondered, “Receiving this diagnosis while releasing a song titled ‘No Secrets’, just prior to one named ‘Living My Best Life’ – both songs planned ahead of time, unaware of my health issues then. It feels like something straight out of a storybook.

She quipped, “That’s quite a theatrical method for a breast augmentation,” implying that she would undergo the cancer removal surgery following her performance at the Summertime Ball held at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 15.

Jessie informed her followers that she’d be out of sight following the Summertime Ball for a while, to undergo surgery. Upon returning, she promised to have larger breasts and more music at her disposal.

Maintaining a cheerful vibe, she penned in the caption: “Carrying on with transparency, could I already make a remix titled ‘Living My Chest Story’?

Setting humor aside for a moment, you understand that it’s one of my coping mechanisms during tough times. The past two months have been nothing short of extraordinary, and experiencing this journey while keeping this on the sidelines has granted me an incredibly enlightening viewpoint.

‘BUT… your girl needs a hug. Also not getting massive t**s. Or am I? No no.. I must stop joking?’

Reflecting on my recent posts, I’ve just revealed something deeply intimate that I’ve kept close to my heart for nearly two months.

It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride, a mix of craziness and beauty, which has offered me such a unique viewpoint during these times. To be honest, I need some time to make sense of it all, and a warm embrace wouldn’t go amiss.

‘You have loved me through all my good and hard times. I don’t want this to be any different.’

Jessie’s famous friends inundated her Instagram post with encouraging messages and good wishes, with Rita Ora commenting: “You are my absolute favorite person, and I’m sending prayers your way. You can handle this; my mother went through the same thing, and I know that any medical procedures and treatments related to this issue can be mentally challenging. I’ll be here for you.

Singer Paloma Faith commented: ‘Sending so much love I have every confidence you will beat this’

Marvin Humes (of JLS fame) commented: ‘There’s no one stronger than you…you truly can handle this situation.'”

“Rochelle (from The Saturdays) wrote: ‘We adore you so deeply.’

Amy Dowden, a dancer from Strictly Come Dancing who’s battled breast cancer, expressed her affection and encouragement by saying, “I’m sending you lots of love and strength.

On his Radio 2 Breakfast Show on Wednesday, Scott Mills honored the pop star following the news that she will perform at Radio 2 in the Park, Chelmsford, in September.

Scott expressed on air that he and the whole Radio 2 team are sending their affectionate regards to Jessie, along with her family. They’re looking forward to meeting up in Chelmsford.

In simpler terms, the most recent sad news comes from Jessie as she has been diagnosed with cancer. Her latest song “No Secrets” shared the tale of a devastating miscarriage she experienced in 2021.

Two years on, I couldn’t help but burst with elation as my long-time partner, the legendary basketball star Chanan Colman, and I embraced our new family of three upon the arrival of our precious firstborn, our son Sky.

Recently, she delightfully revealed that whenever I sing, Sky turns his gaze to those around him and exclaims, “Mummy’s singing!” He often completes the tunes I used to sing to him when he was an infant. In turn, he sings them back to me, as shared through The Project.

During her younger years, Jessie experienced various health complications. At the age of nine, she was diagnosed with heart disease, and at 17, she endured a stroke.

During Advertising Week Europe in London last April, Jessie openly discussed her health journey, revealing how overcoming various challenges significantly impacted her professional path.

‘My health has always kept me balanced,’ she explained.

At the age of nine, I secured a part in a West End musical, however, shortly after, I was informed that I had heart disease. This meant frequent hospital visits while still performing in the production.

‘At 17, just after signing my first deal and finishing the BRIT School, I had a stroke.

Later, as I prepared to launch my final album, I suddenly became deaf. Shortly after, I suffered a miscarriage. These unfortunate events seem to have kept me humble and grounded.

Jessie J, the artist behind “Price Tag,” shared that she often feels anxious about her son potentially getting hurt, while emphasizing her desire not to let fear control her experience as a mother.

She pointed out: “Living in constant worry won’t prevent what I fear from occurring. I’m constantly worried that my son might get injured, but if he’s going to get hurt, he will regardless of my worry.

Rather than worrying about him hurting himself, it seems wiser to enjoy the present moments.

Jesse received a breast cancer diagnosis, following Actress Kara Tointon’s disclosure that she had undergone a double mastectomy upon discovering she carried the lethal BRCA1 gene.

Previously known EastEnders actress, aged 41, recently shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, disclosing her choice following the loss of her mother due to ovarian cancer in 2018.

As a devoted mother-to-be, I’m sharing my personal journey: I’ve taken the proactive step of having a double mastectomy and removing my fallopian tubes to safeguard my health and that of my future children, alongside my loving partner Marius Jensen.

Six years after her mother, Carol, lost her fight against the same illness, Tointon underwent an operation.

In her role as a representative for the Eve Appeal, a charity devoted to educating people about gynecological cancers, the actress shared with her audience the personal odyssey that eventually revealed she possesses the BRCA1 gene.
