On Thursday, Kendall Jenner appeared stylishly casual while donning denim and a striped top, making her way to enjoy a solitary sushi meal in West Hollywood.

The 29-year-old American model and influencer effortlessly embodied the casual elegance of an off-duty model. She paired a simple white t-shirt with a navy baseball cap, adding to her relaxed yet stylish appearance.

She hid herself with dark sunglasses, gathered necessary items for the evening in a spacious shoulder bag, and completed her look with a pair of flip-flops.

Following her Californian spotting, she posted an image of her 200-calorie breakfast rich in beneficial fats to maintain her svelte figure. Incidentally, this revealed she is a U.S. size 2.

The reality TV star posted the picture of her healthy morning meal to Instagram on Wednesday.

According to functional nutritionist Monica Partier, this meal totals approximately 200 calories and is rich in beneficial fats that aid in maintaining a slender figure, as she explains the composition of its components to DailyMail.com.

Partier mentioned that the meal includes ripe berries such as raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries, which are packed with fiber and various vitamins. It appears that Kendall also incorporated Matcha green tea powder into it. This powder is rich in antioxidants and offers vitamin C, chromium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc as well.

In addition to these, you’ll find some tiny nuts rich in heart-friendly fats, a dollop of Greek yogurt that boasts high levels of calcium, protein, and aids digestive health, and it also provides beneficial fats.

On one side sat a Golden Milk Latte – a coffee beverage enriched with turmeric, giving it its distinctive golden hue. As Partier explained, “Turmeric is abundant in phytonutrients, which can potentially shield the body from harmful free radicals and boasts anti-inflammatory properties.

Kendall, measuring 5 feet 11 inches tall, inadvertently disclosed that she’s a size two when she had to specify the sizes of her previous garments for prospective buyers on her Kardashian Kloset page.
