Bethenny Frankel given stern warning by fans for friend’s ILLEGAL move in Florida
On Thursdays, Bethenny Frankel caused concern among her followers when she posted a video clip showing her friend Sarah Lacharlotte apparently participating in a risky driving behavior.
The women were touring Florida, the new home of 54-year-old Frankel, riding in a high-end car with a crimson upholstery, as Sarah chatted on her phone.
In the beginning of the recording, the ex-star from Real Housewives of New York City stated, “I hop into the car, and my friend is talking on the phone, apparently with one of her kids. This is what she says: ‘No, sweetheart. It’s flying ants. Don’t worry, there’s no need to panic.’
During a particular moment in the excerpt, Bethenny’s friend with blonde hair openly confessed, ‘I’m about to have an accident now since I’m texting… In fact, I’m not texting; I’m talking on the phone while not wearing my seatbelt.’
Later on, Frankel exclaimed, ‘Your friends will drop you because of this!’ Indeed, her prophecy came true as a torrent of comments poured in, criticizing the reckless actions.

‘She looks distracted driving while holding her phone,’ one person pointed out.
Instead of focusing on the termites, another person expressed their concern about the driver’s safety, saying, “I’m more worried about why she’s holding her phone while driving. Isn’t that supposed to be on Bluetooth? Stay safe!
Someone else asked, ‘Why is she holding her phone while driving?’
A different user expressed concern, saying something like, ‘I’d be more concerned if she was using her phone while driving, as I believe her car is equipped with Bluetooth.’
Additionally, there was a warning stating, ‘Using a phone while driving is strictly prohibited in this region… and wearing a seatbelt is optional too. So, please avoid distractions when driving.’
‘She needs to get off the phone, friends,’ yet another follower added.
Influencer McKay Cooper firmly requested, “Madam! Please note that royalty, the Queen, is seated beside you. I implore you to put away your phone for safety reasons. Guard her with your very life!
In Florida, using your phone for conversation while driving isn’t against the law, but sending or reading texts on your device while behind the wheel is prohibited.
To clarify, it is forbidden for drivers to engage in activities such as sending, receiving, or reading texts, as well as manually typing or inputting multiple characters (letters, numbers, or symbols) on their mobile phones while they are driving a car.
Using a handheld device is also prohibited in school and work zones.
Interestingly enough, just a few hours after reappearing on Instagram, Bethenny posted an advertisement from Uber, promoting the practice of using teen accounts for enhanced safety.
Frankel is the mother of a 15-year-old daughter named Brynn Hoppy, and Brynn is her sole child, conceived during Frankel’s marriage to Jason Hoppy.
After some criticism earlier this week regarding her choice of attire at the Miami Swim Week fashion show, where she wore a thong bikini and faced body-shaming comments, Bethenny has now been involved in an indiscretion.
Following the controversy sparked by her revealing appearance, she used Instagram to share her personal thoughts on walking the runway in such attire.
She suggested: “Women should begin to understand and experience that concentrating on inner happiness is key to feeling content with their outer appearance.
In light of the continuous curiosity about my appearance such as age, weight, hairstyle, etc., allow me to clarify definitively: Each woman who shared the stage with me two hours earlier did not appear the same way at that time.
She pointed out, ‘The pictures of women like Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé that you and your daughters see require a great deal of effort, including heavy makeup, extensive glamour, and careful contouring.’
