In a pale yellow ensemble, the 37-year-old film legend perched elegantly on a white chair, her two handily adorned hands resting on its back.

In a lovely setting, the actress from The Town had her golden hair cascading in gentle curls while it hung loose, and her face was adorned with makeup that accentuated her smile. She sat comfortably on a verdant, expansive field.

Next to her on a garden table were her new Betty Booze flavors: Meyer Lemonade and Passion Fruit.

On a Thursday, Blake playfully posted a picture on her Instagram Stories showcasing a bountiful flower arrangement from blooms she cultivated in her personal backyard. Her witty caption announced that she’s ready to create bouquets for ‘your upcoming graduation, funeral, or wedding.’

In an unexpected twist, a judge in New York tossed a surprise pitch in her effort to dismiss the ’emotional distress’ allegations she had made against the actor.

The court documents acquired by the Daily Mail show that there has been ongoing legal dispute between the two parties regarding the actress’ allegations of emotional distress caused by her fellow actor. Baldoni’s representatives have requested that she present supporting evidence from her medical records.

On Monday, she additionally submitted a motion aimed at preventing access to her medical records as requested by Baldoni. This was based on the fact that she had willingly decided to drop the claim out of goodwill, in an attempt to simplify the ongoing disagreement.

In this case, Judge Lewis Liman decided on Tuesday not to grant Baldoni’s motion, following Lively’s choice to withdraw certain claims. However, he also established that both parties are now required to engage in negotiations to determine if the ’emotional distress’ element should be permanently dismissed from the case altogether. In a further setback, Judge Liman stated that if Lively’s allegations aren’t thrown out, his legal team won’t have the authority to present evidence related to emotional distress in the courtroom.
