Crystal of Atlan Beginners Guide and Tips
The game titled “Crystal of Atlan” is an engaging MMORPG in the Magipunk genre, crafted by the developers at Nuverse Games. It delivers thrilling gameplay with swift action sequences, intuitive battle mechanics, captivating world design, a gripping narrative, visually stunning anime aesthetics, challenging team fights, and much more to explore.
Gameplay Overview
To help you understand the mechanics of Crystal of Atlan, let’s begin with a summary of the gameplay. This will cover the various modes and additional aspects of the game. From the opening scene itself, you’ll have the opportunity to try out characters from each class, allowing you to get a feel for their distinct abilities and playstyles.
In this scenario, you venture into an awe-inspiring realm where enchantment and technology harmoniously exist, assuming the role of a carefree explorer. Once you’ve chosen your preferred character class, the game launches with a captivating movie sequence, transitioning smoothly into the initial chapter, titled “Witch of Decay“.

In this part of the game, I’m getting a two-for-one deal: it functions as both an introductory lesson and a deep dive into the fundamental mechanics. Plus, it introduces some crucial characters that drive the story forward. As I advance and rise in rank, there comes a point where I can switch to a secondary class for free, which is pretty cool since not every game offers this feature.
Among the fantastic aspects of this game, one particularly noteworthy feature is that it grants you the ability to craft up to six unique characters. This allows you ample room to delve into all the diverse classes available. What’s even more exciting is that as your character progresses, additional slots become accessible, and with each level increase, a fresh slot will be unlocked, giving you an opportunity to experiment with newly added game classes.
Crystal of Atlan Basics
Classes
Earlier on, I pointed out that the game offers multiple character options, known as classes, each having distinct sub-classes. These classes exhibit unique fighting styles and skill sets, and you can acquire additional skills as you advance. At present, here’s a rundown of the accessible classes following the global launch:

- Swordman: Berserker and Magiblade.
- Fighter: Cloudstrider and Starbreaker.
- Musketeer: Gunner and Bounty Hunter.
- Magister: Warlock, Magister, and Elementalist.
- Puppeteer: Scytheguard and Blade Maiden.
Energy System
The game also includes a dual energy system, Character Energy and Account Energy.
- Character Energy is tied to each character on your account. When you deplete it, you need to use Account Energy to earn the rewards.
- While Account Energy is your total energy limit, shared by all the characters for the day. Once you hit the cap on that, you won’t be able to earn Adventure rewards for the time being.
To clarify, the item will be accessible once one of your characters has reached level 60. Additionally, you can boost your energy supply by utilizing Batteries.
Game modes
In terms of game modes, this one doesn’t skimp on variety. It offers an Adventure mode that forms the main storyline, dividing it into distinct stages for each chapter. Additionally, there’s a Co-op Battles mode where you can join forces with other players to vanquish bosses and conquer tricky dungeons jointly.

For those who enjoy a challenge, delve into the competitive realm of “Ranked Matches“, where you can engage in one-on-one or three-on-three skirmishes to assess your abilities against other players. The advantage here is that it’s not only exhilarating but also fair, ensuring your gaming experience remains enjoyable. If you crave even more challenge, there’s always the “Challenge Mode“. This mode allows you to conquer diverse dungeons such as the “Abyss“, “Void“, and many others!
Events

The game includes an Events section, where you’ll discover a range of activities like “New Adventure,” “Travel with Companions,” and “Weekly Gifts,” with additional events to be added later on. By participating in these events, you can earn various beneficial resources such as gold, clothing items, mysterious treasure boxes, pets, armor vouchers, and more.
Tasks
In this game, much like other RPGs, you’ll find yourself tackling a variety of objectives categorized as Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal Quests. Successfully finishing these quests will earn you rewarding items which can then be used to boost your character’s abilities.
Summon

In this game, unlike others, the gacha system mainly offers Summoning of Outfits and Pets instead of a variety of items. However, it’s just as significant because Pets grant benefits such as cooldown reduction and damage increase, while Outfits boost your stats and contribute to your overall appearance.
Shop

The game additionally offers an in-game marketplace stocked with diverse offerings such as Packs, Items, Summons, Outfits, Top-Ups, and more. In this store, you can buy Opal, the premium currency of the game. Additionally, you’ll receive a free Daily Benefits Pack each day, containing Revival Capsules and other items.
Crystal of Atlan Beginners Guide: Tips and Tricks
1. Clear Adventure Mode’s Normal Stages

During the initial stages of your journey, adventure serves as your primary pathway for advancement. It’s essential to prioritize completing the standard levels in each chapter to access the tougher elite levels, which not only present a greater challenge but also offer superior rewards. As the difficulty level rises, so do the benefits, so be sure to conquer them all.
2. Try out all the Classes

Before making a final decision on your primary class, it’s advisable to test drive each class and its sub-classes first. This will give you a clear understanding of their distinct playstyles and skill sets since each one offers something unique. I think it’s beneficial to experiment and discover which one aligns best with your preferred playstyle.
3. Focus on Energy Management
As you immerse yourself in the game, don’t forget to monitor both your character’s energy and your account’s energy. When one of your characters reaches a certain level, it becomes essential to understand the energy system. After reaching level 15, any leftover Character Energy will be converted into Reserve Energy the following day.
Once you hit level 60, your Energy Reserve cap rises from 70 to 140, with a full conversion rate. This means you can store more energy and use it to progress through advantage stages. If you manage to clear a stage when using this increased energy, you’ll receive an additional reward!
4. Complete the main quests
As you progress through the game’s events and accomplishments in Adventure mode, be sure to prioritize finishing the primary quests as well. Completing these quests will yield a wealth of benefits, including experience points, equipment upgrades, and assorted other rewards. Use these completion perks to boost your character even more!
5. Focus on upgrading and equipping the best Skills

As you advance in the game, your character will gain access to an array of skills specific to each class and subclass. Instead of trying to enhance all your skills equally, concentrate on a select few key abilities that seem beneficial to you, then tailor your skill set around these choices.
Final Thoughts
The game known as Crystal of Atlan offers thrilling Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) action, featuring captivating gameplay, adaptive battle systems, intriguing storylines, and much more. As you familiarize yourself with the abilities, pets, crafting, and essential features, your overall gaming experience will significantly enhance.
In this game, you’ll find tough bosses in Player vs Environment (PvE) as well as Ranked Player vs Player (PvP), offering a range of exciting challenges. By applying the helpful advice and tips from this article, you’ll be well-prepared to have an enjoyable, smooth, and fun competitive gaming experience.
