42-year-old McSweeney, who featured on RHONY from 2020 to 2021, filed a lawsuit against Cohen (aged 57) in February of last year. She claimed that Cohen forced her to resume drinking, despite being sober, as well as making other allegations of harassment.

The document suggests that Cohen actively sought or influenced current and past Real Housewives stars to publicly criticize McSweeney’s reputation and trustworthiness.

The list encompasses over twenty cast members from the Real Housewives series, such as Luann de Lesseps, Kyle Richards, Melissa Gorga, Kandi Burruss, and Dorinda Medley.

According to the court document, they are accused of spreading false rumors about McSweeney in an attempt to gain Cohen’s goodwill, which they believed could boost their own entertainment careers.

The documentation mentions that Lisa Vanderpump appeared on The Talk, where she expressed her support for Andy by saying, “I stand with him.

Additionally, it notes that Heather Dubrow from The Real Housewives of Orange County expressed annoyance over the lawsuit and instead suggested that she ought to be expressing gratitude towards Bravo, rather than filing a suit against the network.

In simpler terms, Margaret Josephs from Real Housewives Of New Jersey expressed her disapproval of McSweeney’s statements, stating they were intended to tarnish Cohen’s reputation, which she finds distasteful.

The filing claims that the Bravolebrities did not make those comments on their own, but were guided or encouraged by Cohen.

In McSweeney’s lawsuit, it was claimed that Cohen had used cocaine with certain cast members from the Real Housewives series, and that he favored some of these celebrities over others.

Cohen countered by threatening to file a lawsuit for defamation if she did not retract her statements, which McSweeney alleges in the recent court document was an act of retribution.

Cohen has denied any wrongdoing.

The document makes the claim that two anonymous individuals from the Housewives confided in her separately that he has a history of using cocaine. Additionally, the reality TV star Nene Leakes labeled him as a ‘cocaine addict,’ and his former friend Kathy Griffin asserted that he once offered her cocaine.

McSweeney’s lawyer, Gary Adelman, said the new filing ‘buttresses [her] retaliation claim.’

The attorney commented, ‘Leah is eager for the discovery process and depositions, as she believes they’ll be quite enlightening.’
