Real Housewives of London star Amanda Caroline Cronin reveals she uses Ozempic to be a size 0

Amanda Caroline Cronin, a cast member on Real Housewives of London, has disclosed that she uses Ozempic as part of her routine to keep her slim at a size 0.

As a devotee, I, too, sought a solution when I found myself carrying extra pounds due to menopause last year. To my relief, I discovered a weight-loss injection that helped me lose more than 20lbs, a transformation for which I’m truly grateful.

Last week, the star captivated onlookers in Monaco as she donned a bright yellow Melissa Odabash swimsuit near the pool, showcasing an incredibly slim physique that left many in awe.

Last year, I managed to shed an impressive 10 kilos by using a microdose (0.25) of Ozempic over a span of just six weeks. I couldn’t help but share this amazing transformation with TopMob!

I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss by only occasionally using a small amount, usually for a few weeks each year if I notice the pounds starting to return.

Over the course of two years, I found myself moving up from a size six to an eight and then a ten in clothing. Throughout my life, I had always been a double zero, but now I find myself being sized as a zero in haute couture.

This coming year, Amanda will be the main focus in the London edition of the Real Housewives series, taking the lead role on stage.

Mark Daeche’s former spouse, who was also once dating Andrew Ridgeley from Wham!, is adding her name to an expanding roster of notable figures reportedly using Ozempic and similar GLP-1 drugs for weight loss purposes.

Among these figures are Elon Musk and Sharon Osbourne, who openly discussed losing weight with the help of Ozempic, but expressed concerns about feeling overly slender as a result.

Last week, Amanda was in Monaco to oversee events for her high-end beauty label, Amanda Caroline. She stayed at the ultra-elite Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel, where a five-night stay in their Duplex Suite with a sea view costs an impressive £11,400.

Ozempic is typically given to individuals whose Body Mass Index (BMI) equals 35 or higher, and who also experience associated psychological or other health issues linked with being overweight.

Amanda didn’t fit into that category but said a doctor friend prescribed it to her.

She mentioned that she experienced absolutely no adverse reactions whatsoever after microdosing, and it aided her in quitting social drinking because alcohol and it don’t blend well, and they can leave you feeling exhausted or queasy.

‘After six weeks of not drinking at all, I decided to keep going!’

Amanda mentioned that the medication has provided long-term health advantages, which she has discovered to be especially beneficial for women experiencing menopause.

She explained that GLP-1 helps restore the body’s sensitivity to insulin, a condition that often arises when estrogen levels decrease – this happens during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

‘This is a factor of weight gain in menopause,’ she explained.

‘I feel this has been a positive and long-lasting solution to weight management.

Without taking Ozempic anymore, it appears that my insulin resistance has been restored to a balanced state, meaning I no longer experience weight gain, bloating, or water retention like I did previously.

‘My annual medical blood test results were so impressive and improved, I cried!’

Besides practicing microdosing, Amanda keeps up with her weight management by adhering to a disciplined routine that includes walking approximately 20,000 steps daily, engaging in Pilates workouts, and swimming thrice a week, while also following a nutritious eating plan.

She mentioned that she takes pleasure in food, yet her hunger isn’t particularly large. Her preferred dishes lean towards seafood, fish, and salads, reflecting the Mediterranean culinary style.

The creator of the high-end skincare line regularly receives the advantages of routine body therapies at her London establishment, The Amanda Caroline Private Entrance, a highly recommended spot among affluent beauty enthusiasts and former cast members of Made in Chelsea like Millie Mackintosh.

She mentioned that by running her own clinic, she gets to savor a variety of body therapies including gentle lymphatic drainage massages, as well as microneedling treatments enhanced with collagen boosters. These techniques not only help enhance skin quality but also prove effective in managing scars.

The Ultracel Q+, a non-invasive skin firming and sculpting procedure, works wonders in enhancing loose skin, particularly on the abdomen area.

‘I also love the Endosphere machine which I use twice per week – it’s incredible.’

From a lifestyle perspective, let me introduce you to Endosphere Therapy – a revolutionary, non-surgical approach to enhancing your physical appearance. This innovative treatment employs gentle compressive micro-vibrations to tackle cellulite, reshape your figure, and boost skin quality, all while keeping things comfortable and minimally invasive.

Real Housewives of London, which began filming in March, will premiere later this year on Hayu.

Alongside them are Juliet Angus, Karen Loderick-Peace, Juliet Mayhew, Panthea Parker, and Nessie Welschinger who make up the rest of the ensemble as well.

The show chronicles these women’s journeys through their relationships, families, and life in a renowned city, one of the world’s most recognized urban centers.
