Georgina Rodríguez shared a photo on Instagram Tuesday of the £45,000 Rolex watch her fiancé, Cristiano Ronaldo, gave her for her birthday.
The Portuguese soccer player publicly honored his life partner on her 32nd birthday.
Georgina, who used to work in sales, showed off her new Rolex Lady-Datejust on social media. The watch has a unique red-to-pink gradient face, a bezel covered in diamonds, and a gold strap.
Georgina, a social media star with 72 million followers, shared a glimpse of a new watch she received in a signature green box, and also displayed her stunning 30-carat engagement ring, reportedly worth £2.6 million.
Georgina’s already extensive watch collection, worth $2.4 million (around £1.7 million), is growing! She already owns five Rolexes, four Cartiers, and a Richard Mille, and a new piece is being added to the mix.
To celebrate her birthday, Ronaldo posted a heartwarming photo of them together on a dinner date, writing: ‘Happy birthday to the woman of my life!’
Their children also made Georgina a lovely pink birthday sign that said, ‘Happy Birthday Mama. I love you very much!’
Georgina and Ronaldo are parents to four children: their daughters Alana and Bella, and twins Eva Maria and Mateo, who were born through surrogacy.
Bella’s twin brother, Angel, died soon after they were born. Ronaldo also has an older son, Cristiano Jr., from a previous relationship.
On her Instagram page, Georgina describes herself as a mother of six.
She first met Ronaldo in 2016 while working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid, where she caught his eye.
In November, Georgina said she ‘didn’t care’ about her engagement ring.
After dating for eight years, the couple got engaged in early 2025. Despite the exciting news, soccer star Ronaldo says Georgina wasn’t overly concerned with the engagement ring.
In an interview with Piers Morgan last year, Ronaldo revealed that when he proposed, his partner wasn’t interested in the ring itself. She simply asked him if he was sincere, and he replied that all he wanted was to be with her and marry her.
I was so touched when I heard Ronaldo talk about proposing! He mentioned being really emotional at the moment, and it’s sweet to know even someone as famous as him feels that deeply. It’s also interesting to remember he used to date Irina Shayk – it feels like a lifetime ago now, doesn’t it?
He explained: ‘I didn’t cry, but I had tears in my eyes.’
The former Manchester United player spent a lot of time finding the ideal engagement ring before proposing to his girlfriend.
He explained that she had asked him for a ring, as she’d always dreamed of owning a beautiful gemstone. He worked diligently until he finally found one she loved.
Cristiano Ronaldo says he’s not naturally a romantic person, but he decided it was the right moment to propose.
He remembered it being around 1 am, and his daughters were asleep. A friend had given him the ring to propose to his girlfriend, Gio. As he was about to give her the ring, his daughters walked in and excitedly announced, “Daddy, you’re going to give the ring to Mum and ask her to marry you!”
I remember thinking, ‘Now’s the perfect time!’ It just felt right. I’d always known I would do it eventually, but I hadn’t expected it to be then.
Ronaldo and Georgina announced their engagement in August.
The social media personality announced her engagement by posting a photo on Instagram showing her engagement ring and her hand resting on Ronaldo’s.
As a huge fan of Georgina – especially after watching her amazing Netflix documentary, ‘I Am Georgina’ – I was so touched by her latest post. She shared a picture with a simple but powerful caption: ‘Yes I do. In this and all my lives.’ It really felt like a beautiful and heartfelt declaration about finding lasting love.
