Nadia Sawalha breaks down in tears as she speaks out on chaos at Loose Women after pay cuts and ‘hundreds’ of shock redundancies
Nadia Sawalha publicly addressed the tumult at Loose Women, holding back tears during a broadcast on Thursday.
Last week, ITV announced significant alterations to their daily programming lineup. Specifically, Lorraine Kelly’s program has been reduced from an hour to half an hour, similar to Loose Women, which will now air for just 30 weeks annually.
Currently, one of the well-liked hosts on Loose Women is expressing her discontent following instances of “surprise” and “apprehension” in the halls at ITV, after a significant number of layoffs and salary decreases were announced.
On their shared YouTube channel, she mentioned while talking with her husband Mark Adderley, ‘At present, we’re all employed and take pride in our respective professions.’
However, it’s essential to remember that while the show may appear polished on the surface, there are countless individuals working tirelessly backstage whose well-being often goes unnoticed. When criticizing the show, one might inadvertently be targeting these unsung heroes who contribute significantly to its success.
With a quivering voice, she said: “To all my unseen friends and associates who have been blindsided, I extend my deepest apologies.
Mark is aware that I’ve been deeply troubled at home regarding the matter. It’s unbearable for me. Therefore, please, let’s all be more considerate and compassionate.
