Sports presenter Grace Hayden reveals her body secrets after Ozempic rumours – and shares big relationship news with cotton heir boyfriend Wilson Statham

She generally avoids public attention when it comes to her relationship with Wilson Statham, who comes from a wealthy family that owns cotton businesses.

Popular sports presenter Grace Hayden, 23, recently shared a personal update, explaining how she and her partner are handling a significant moment in their relationship alongside her busy work schedule.

Grace recently shared with the Daily Mail that she’s been spending time living with her boyfriend at his family’s farm.

The couple divided their time between city life in Sydney and their country home. Grace shared that she’s enjoying the slower pace and the chance to spend more time with family.

She shared that she’s truly happy right now, and feels most content when she’s at the farm.

She was clearly delighted, exclaiming about the beautiful sunsets and wildlife. She even shared that she’s currently in the process of buying some miniature Highland cows!

She shared her enthusiasm for the farming life, especially being involved in her family’s cotton business. She enjoys seeing the entire process from start to finish and has gained a greater understanding of how things are made.

Grace also talked about her close relationship with her boyfriend, who she’s been with for a year, saying he’s “like a superstar.”

She also talked about the challenges of balancing travel with her job, and admitted that being away from home can be isolating.

She told the Daily Mail that she and her partner make a conscious effort to stay in touch, even with their busy travel schedules.

The blonde woman openly discussed her recent weight loss and addressed rumors that she used medications like Ozempic to help achieve her figure.

When it came to health and looking good, she avoided fad diets or intense workouts, preferring a balanced and realistic lifestyle focused on long-term wellness.

‘I’ve always loved being active… it’s such an important part of my life growing up,’ she said.

She shared that she’s reduced her exercise schedule from every day to about three or four times a week.

‘I’m getting back into my running,’ she added.

Grace also stressed the importance of recovery and balance.

She admitted needing to prioritize rest, explaining that acknowledging her exhaustion and taking time to recover is often more important than pushing herself to exercise.

Her skincare routine is similarly low-fuss.

She admitted she uses LED light therapy masks while traveling, joking that it makes her ‘look like a crazy person.’

She stated that while she doesn’t criticize anyone else’s choices regarding cosmetic procedures or new medical treatments, she personally prefers to keep things natural and uncomplicated.

‘There’s a place for it … Everyone’s going to do what they’re going to do,’ she shrugged.

Grace also thought about the downsides of being famous, like being constantly watched online and receiving unwanted messages from men.

‘It’s just part and parcel of what we do when we put our lives out there,’ Grace explained.

‘People are entitled to criticise or even, you know, support you in whatever way, shape or form.’

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how my partner handles all the attention I get online, and I’m happy to share that he’s completely unfazed! He’s incredibly supportive and doesn’t seem bothered by all the online admiration, which is such a relief and a blessing. We’re really happy and focused on each other.

‘He’s amazing. He is so chill, I don’t know how he handles it all.’
