The 2014 World War II film, Fury, starring and Jon Bernthal is coming to streaming.
On June 1st, the 11-year-old war film “Fury”, penned and directed by its maker, will be streamable for free on Tubi. This movie eventually grossed approximately $211.8 million worldwide with a production budget of between $68-$80 million.
1945 serves as the backdrop for the story, where Don “Wardaddy” Collier (Pitt) leads a tank team comprising Grady Travis (Bernthal), Boyd “Bible” Swan (Shia LaBeouf), Norman Ellison (Logan Lerman), and Trini Garcia (Michael Peña). They pilot their tank, affectionately known as Fury, on a perilous journey aimed at overcoming enemy barriers. The film showcases additional acting talents from Jason Isaacs, Brad Henke, Jim Parrac, Xavier Samuel, Scott Eastwood, Kevin Vance, Anamaria Marinca, and Alicia von Rittberg.
Ayer and Pitt’s Upcoming Collaboration
Ayer hasn’t wrapped up his collaboration with Pitt just yet, and in their upcoming film, “Heart of the Beast,” he mentioned that getting Pitt to join the project was effortless. Despite Pitt’s jam-packed schedule, Ayer shared that the process went smoothly when asked about the reunion. He expressed that everything simply “fell into place quite easily.
The current summary for Heart of the Beast states, “The film chronicles the journey of a former Navy SEAL and his retired war dog as they strive to make their way back to civilization following a devastating incident in the vast Alaskan wilderness.” Production is set to commence shortly, as confirmed by Ayer. In his own words, he expressed, “We’re about to start filming. I am looking forward to another collaboration with Brad. All I can reveal is that it promises to be a timeless old-school adventure movie.” He added, “For years, Hollywood has been known for creating such captivating tales, and I aim to revive this cinematic legacy by delivering an exhilarating adventure story.”>
