Liam and Noel Gallagher’s Shocking Fitness Transformation for Oasis Reunion Tour Revealed!
They’re excitedly preparing for one of the most eagerly waited-for tours of the past ten years, but before that, they’re focused on getting physically fit.
Last year, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher brought excitement to fans as they revealed their plans to perform together again following years of disagreements, promising some monumental Oasis concerts.
As the concert approaches, it’s been said that the brothers are working out vigorously to ensure they’re in top physical form before their performance on stage.
It’s reported that Liam enjoys using his home in France for a refreshing swim and also takes runs around the scenic Hampstead Heath area in London.
In the meantime, Noel decided to employ a personal trainer because he seems less self-driven than his sibling regarding physical fitness.

According to a source, both brothers must prepare themselves to be in top physical condition for the demanding nature of touring, as they are not young anymore and are both over fifty years old.
‘Liam has politely declined personal trainers but brother Noel is taking all the help he can get.’
In their discussion about Noel’s plans, they mentioned that ‘Noel may not be as driven as Liam, but he understands the importance of being in top physical condition for their upcoming tour.’
TopMob has contacted representatives for Liam and Noel for comment.
Last summer, it became known that before embarking on the tour, Liam and his partner Debbie Gwyther moved temporarily to the Cotswolds as a break from city life, since their London residence was undergoing renovation.
Based on reports from The Mirror, it appears the performer is adopting a healthier lifestyle by switching to a balanced diet, engaging in regular runs, and quitting both smoking and drinking. This change is being made in preparation for their first performance this coming Saturday at Sheffield Utilita Arena.
According to a reliable insider, the singer has been:
1. Taking numerous strolls in the countryside with their adopted dog, Buttons.
2. Adopting a balanced diet and reducing his alcohol consumption.
3. Engaging in cycling adventures and running workouts.
He is fully aware of the speed at which those Definitely Maybe concerts were snapped up, and he aims to make them unforgettable events. After smooth rehearsals, he’s brimming with excitement and can hardly contain his eagerness to take the stage.

In March, when discussing his recent health regimen, he shared that he aimed to reverse the effects of years spent partying due to his ongoing battles with arthritis and an autoimmune disorder.
He acknowledged that the passage of time, combined with years of alcohol and substance use, has significantly changed his lifestyle.
2023 saw Liam disclose that he required hip replacement surgery, a consequence of a prolonged thyroid issue leading to arthritis. Subsequently, he went through a significant hip surgical procedure.
Prior to these conditions, in 2017, he received a diagnosis for Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune disorder that affects the thyroid gland. Additionally, he has been dealing with the skin issue of psoriasis as well.
He has now shared with The Sun: “It’s crucial that you rectify all the damage caused by careless actions, such as losing focus and making unwise decisions.
Let’s rewind things now and return to the real world. The things you once found exciting in the beginning… it’s now time for a healthier lifestyle.
He’s been making significant changes to his lifestyle, such as reducing alcohol consumption, quitting drug use, and waking up at 4 a.m. each morning.
Liam shared with the media: “The more years we accumulate, life becomes even more valuable. I hope that statement resonates with you. Personally, I’m quite an optimistic individual who enjoys starting my day early.
‘I’m definitely on the downwards slide, though. But we’re all going to die, aren’t we?’

Speaking about his hip issues last year he said: ‘My hips are f***ed, I’ve got arthritis, bad.
I had it examined, and it appears my hips are severely fractured. The woman suggested I might require a hip surgery, possibly a replacement.
He said at the time he didn’t want the operation because of the ‘stigma’.
I find myself preferring to endure the discomfort, which seems absurd, I realize that. I simply need to have them fixed. Yet, it’s the social perception associated with hip replacements that bothers me – what will people think if I need more procedures in the future?
He shared with MoJo magazine that when it’s chilly outside, his hips make sounds similar to Snap, Crackle, and Pop, indicating a need for warmth.
At night, the pain keeps me awake. It’s a struggle to find rest as I keep tossing and turning. But these herbal sleeping pills have been a lifesaver for me. They allow me to sleep for about seven hours without feeling any pain or discomfort.
My latest preference is Deep Heat. I’ve been generously applying it on my knees, hips, and calves, followed by a visit to the steam room for as long as I find comfortable.
Liam, a keen jogger, was told by doctors to run less to help manage the condition.
