Sophie Turner Surprises Fans with Support for Joe Jonas’ New Album!
Over the past few years, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas experienced some complex legal issues. In 2023, Jonas initiated a divorce from his wife who had been married to him for more than four years. This decision sparked a contentious legal battle that reportedly dragged on. Eventually, the divorce was finalized in late 2024, and since then, both celebrities have rarely commented on the situation or each other. Recently, however, Turner has shown some goodwill towards her former spouse by expressing praise for his latest album on social media.
This past Friday, Joe Jonas marked the release of Music for People Who Believe in Love, which marks the 35-year-old performer’s second, solo studio album. With that, this new compilation of music is now available on various digital platforms. On Saturday, 29-year-old Sophie Turner took to her Instagram story to share a link to the album on Spotify. As part of the post, she also included a brief message which simply read, “go go @joejonas”. Take a look:
Despite the shortness of the message, it appears to be a clear expression of support from the Game of Thrones actress. It’s a thoughtful action, and it coincides perfectly with a crucial point in her ex-husband’s career. However, it remains uncertain if she has personally listened to the album. Nevertheless, her positive feelings align with numerous favorable reviews for the latest album from the Jonas Brothers alum.
It wouldn’t be truthful to claim that I anticipated Sophie Turner to announce Joe Jonas upon the release of his new album. In fact, I find it quite refreshing to observe a celebrity acknowledging their ex positively in this manner. So, fans can stream “Music for People Who Believe in Love” on Spotify and other music streaming platforms.
