As a thrilled fan, I’m excited to share that HoYoverse has announced the launch of Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0, named “Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn.” This epic update, marking the start of Season 2 and the official Xbox debut, is set to drop on June 6, 2025. Season 2 begins with a new region, characters, and gameplay

In the Version 2.0 update, you’ll be able to explore the colorful Waifei Peninsula, a fresh addition to New Eridu, which offers a blend of urban landscapes, enigmas, and Hollow battles. Its principal city, Failume Heights, is steeped in culture and boasts resources known as Porcelume, along with distinctive locations such as teahouses and pawnshops.

Beyond just that, you will also be able to maintain, enhance, and even profit from your personal temple by sending out Bangboos, fulfilling commissions, and gathering resources from Hollows. Furthermore, I’m thrilled to delve into the mysteries of Phaethon and experiment with fresh Hollow exploration gameplay.

In the Lemnian Cavern, there’s an abundance of valuable resources, but it also emits a lethal miasma that empowers your adversaries with stronger defenses and augmented abilities. To counteract this, you’ll notice some powerful combatants entering the fray.

1. Yixuan

Yixuan is an elite S-Rank Agent, boasting the Auric Ink attribute and specializing in Rupture. She introduces a novel Adrenaline mechanic and wields two formidable Ultimate abilities. Her prowess rivals that of a Void Hunter. By using her, you can outmaneuver enemy defenses, inflicting damage proportional to her Sheer Force. This force amplifies with your Attack (ATK) and Health Points (HP).

2. Ju Fufu

Ju Fufu, another elite Fire Stun Agent of Rank S, engages in combat equipped with Hu Wei, a weapon that amasses Power and Speed for simultaneous damage. Her Chain Attack boosts your team’s critical damage, chain attacks, and ultimate abilities through the Tiger’s Roar effect.

3. A-Rank Agent and S-Rank Bangboo

Among the elite S-Rank Agents, I can’t help but admire Pan Yinhu, a resilient A-Rank Physical Defense Agent who happens to be an endearing panda with a passion for cooking. Then, get ready to encounter the latest addition to our roster, Belion, the powerful new S-Rank Bangboo. And for those eagerly waiting, Version 2.0 banners will see the return of fan favorites Astra Yao and Caesar, ready to take center stage once more.

New events and quality-of-life updates

This update brings exciting news for Hollow Zero: Lost Void fans! Not only are there new missions to explore, but each Agent can now wear multiple gears too. Additionally, improvements have been made to the game map, navigation tools, and Fissure Beacons.
