The woman with injuries endured multiple bruises on her neck, one on her right forearm, numerous scrapes on her right arm, and scrapes on her right hand and right leg as well.

Additionally, he opened up about how past romantic ties, such as those with his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright (former TOWIE colleague), have been impacted by his addiction struggles.

James expressed that when Lydia ended their relationship, it took him by surprise, causing intense emotional turmoil. To deal with the heartache, he turned to drugs more frequently, using them as an escape from his feelings and pain, as well as addressing insecurities about his appearance on television.

For nearly nine months, I was in a romantic bond with the captivating model named Nicoline. Unfortunately, during the festive May Bank Holiday weekend, an unfortunate and violent incident transpired between us.

According to an eyewitness, they overheard James shouting loudly prior to pushing the ex-Miss Sweden out of her Spanish apartment door, causing her to trip and tumble down a few steps.

In simpler terms, James admitted to committing acts of domestic violence and was given a two-year court order prohibiting him from contacting Nicoline. If he violates this order by reaching out to her, he will be sent back to jail. Witnesses stated that Nicoline appeared to have suffered severe injuries as a result of the attack.

An anonymous individual shared that they overheard a significant disturbance emanating from the Costa del Sol residence, jointly owned by James and Nicoline, and later recollected observing a heated argument of supposed intensity transpire there.

They mentioned that they and their dogs were taking a stroll, when all of a sudden, they overheard a hostile individual shouting loudly. They noticed this person was tossing items off the balcony of a neighboring residence. The man’s yells made them feel afraid.

Next, the front door of the residence swung open, and a man tossed a woman onto the stairs outside, making her fall. This caused her to shout in pain. We were both stunned by the sight. The fall had left her badly injured, and she called out for assistance.

It’s understood that James ‘continued to throw things’ as Nicoline ‘lay injured’ on the steps.

The eyewitness went on to say: ‘Things took a turn for the worse rapidly, leaving us frightened and uncertain about our actions. A second woman stepped in to aid the wounded woman, who was sprawled powerlessly at the base of the stairs. Just then, the man forcefully shut the door and disappeared.’

Quickly, onlookers who were worried rushed over to aid the woman, and the police showed up promptly.

The witness said Nicoline ‘appeared to be physically and emotionally devastated.’

They expressed profound astonishment, then went on to share that they learned later that Nicoline’s mother had come and taken her to the hospital.

This woman truly requires fairness; her heartbreak is beyond comprehensible. It’s hard to imagine anyone suffering as deeply as she did.

Here’s what transpired: A shocking display of cruelty, as Nicoline was subjected to a heinous act of mistreatment. Fortunately, numerous onlookers and passersby stepped in to aid Nicoline during this distressing event.

Upon stumbling down two steps, I let out a scream that caught the attention of nearby neighbors, who subsequently notified the authorities. It appears that medical attention at the hospital was necessary for me.

Shortly following the event in La Cala de Mijas, James was apprehended and held in a police station for multiple hours. Later, he was brought before a court in Fuengirola.

At the court hearing, he acknowledged guilt for a charge related to domestic violence. A source close to the matter informed The Sun that their romantic relationship, lasting nine months, has ended. As a result, he received a two-year restraining order, stipulating that he must stay at least 250 meters away from Artursson.

In court, Nicoline listened as Argent acknowledged the charge against him, resulting in a six-month suspended sentence being imposed upon him. The judge additionally instructed Argent to undergo a ‘rehabilitation program focused on gender violence.’

A friend shared with The Sun that currently, James expressed deep regret, stating, “He indicated he had a disagreement with Nicoline and attempted to resolve it.
