The heartfelt event transpired at St. Anthony Croatian Catholic Church in California – a location significant as it was where they had baptized their first-born son, Louie, back in 2023.

In a relaxed outfit of cream pants and a black t-shirt, Nicole, aged 30, was spotted tenderly holding two-month-old Elsie, adorned in a flowing white baptismal gown, while Liam, likewise 30, joyfully carried their energetic toddler Louie.

Nicole posted some touching church photos on Instagram with the message: “God Bless you, Elsie Skylar.”)

Last month, the family was overwhelmed by sorrow as Nicole’s cherished sister, Christina Artukovich, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 38. The reason behind her demise remains undisclosed.

It’s uncertain if loving grandfather Rod, aged 80, or Penny managed to make it to the christening that took place recently.

At the moment, the entertainer is taking a fortnight off from his Las Vegas performance series. However, he’s been spending a significant amount of time getting closer to Elsie over the last few months. Penny has been posting pictures of them together on various social platforms.

Elsie’s name symbolically honors two influential women who have significantly impacted the family’s narrative, not only during their lifetimes but also through their passings as well.

She got her first name from Rod’s cherished mother, Elsie, who sadly passed away in 1996 and significantly influenced his upbringing. The middle name, Skylar, is a tribute to Nicole’s niece who sadly passed away in the previous June.

Nicole was surrounded by her loving family during the ceremony. Her mom, Tina, her brother Anthony along with his wife Lucy, were present at the church for the blessing of baby Elsie. This formed a beautiful ring of love and encouragement around the new family.

In March, Rod appeared overjoyed as he struck a pose for a photograph alongside his wife Penny and their latest addition to the Stewart family – newborn Elsie.

Sharing on Instagram, Penny expressed her pride upon meeting little Elsie whom she described as an angel.

In May 2023, Liam and Nicole became parents for the first time, welcoming their baby boy, Louie. They shared this joyous news on Instagram.

Rod has eight children, with five different women.

Apart from having two sons named Alastair and Aidan with his third spouse Penny, he also has a son Liam who is 28 years old and a daughter Renee who is 30, from his marriage to model Rachel Hunter, who is 53 years of age.

Kimberly, aged 43, and Sean, also 43, were born from their father’s previous marriage to actress Alana Stewart, who is currently 77 years old. Meanwhile, their daughter Ruby, 35, comes from a past relationship between their dad and model Kelly Emberg, now 63 years of age.

Sarah Streeter, aged 59, is the eldest child of Rod, having been brought up by his adoptive parents, Gerald and Evelyn Thubron instead.
