A team member associated with the Kyle & Jackie O program received a threat from an upset caller, following an attempt to recover a TV that had been given as a present by Kyle Sandilands.

This week, dissatisfied listener Grace decided to playfully spray KIIS FM’s Thunderbird street team member Party Marty with a garden hose.

On Thursday, Jackie shared an account of Grace’s somewhat underwhelmed response upon learning about the show.

She said that in his backyard, where the workers were busy at work, they really enjoy playing loud music from their show, according to her explanation.

However, Grace, her neighbor on the other side, would frequently shout across the fence, expressing her dislike for the program: “I can’t stand that show, turn it off!

Jackie reminisced about the manner in which the radio team attempted to persuade Grace regarding her views on the well-liked Sydney morning radio program.

Subsequently, the camera shifted to Party Marty, comfortably seated inside a KIIS FM Thunderbird, stationed on the opposite side of Grace’s residence.

Kyle clarified that they had retrieved Party Marty from the KIIS FM Thunderbird and were bringing her back to the TV setup in her driveway.

The plan was soon scuttled however, when Party Marty approached the front door.

Upon revealing his identity, it was audible that Grace, evidently upset, exclaimed, “I don’t wish to be bothered.

After that, the radio team advised Marty to depart, with Kyle warning him, “It’s best not to get yourself sprayed with water. You wouldn’t want to displease the lady.

The situation intensified as Marty disclosed that Grace had been menacing him, resorting to spraying him with a garden hose.

Jackie approved of Grace’s response, saying, “It’s fantastic, doesn’t it? It resolves numerous issues, like watering a garden.

Cooper added that Grace was good radio ‘talent’.

‘She’s an excellent character,’ he said.

‘If she was younger, you’d probably try to recruit her to be on air, she’s good talent.’
