Denise Richards is asking a Los Angeles court to prevent her soon-to-be ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, from receiving half of the money she earns on OnlyFans.
According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, 54-year-old actor, known for his role in ‘Where the Wild Things Are,’ claims his estranged husband, 53, hasn’t been responding to requests in a timely manner as their divorce proceeds.
According to Richards, Phypers was required to submit an updated financial statement on Friday, but didn’t.
The actress stated that because of this violation, Phypers should lose half of her earnings from the platform.
According to Richards, Phypers – who previously claimed in court that Richards earns between $200,000 and $300,000 each month from OnlyFans – hadn’t submitted any paperwork as of Tuesday.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Richards for further comment on this story.
I’m still waiting to hear what the court will decide about Richards’ request. As you may remember, Richards and Phypers were unfortunately evicted from their home in Calabasas, California back in December because they fell behind on payments. It’s a tough situation, and I’m hoping for a fair resolution.
A hearing in the spousal support case is slated for February 26.
Denise Richards has three daughters: Sami and Lola, who are 21 and 20 and share the same father, Charlie Sheen, and Eloise, 14, whom she adopted before marrying Aaron Phypers.
Earlier this month, Richards was a guest on Tori Spelling’s Misspelling podcast. During the show, she spoke negatively about her soon-to-be ex-husband and his family, following their decision to start a crowdfunding campaign due to financial difficulties.
Richards said a line was crossed with references in the fundraising drive to her daughter Eloise.
Richards said she’s used to people saying negative things about her, and she’ll address those comments after her divorce is finalized. However, she was deeply upset that someone involved her youngest daughter in an attempt to solicit money from others, calling it a completely unacceptable and wrong thing to do.
Richards stated she anticipated Phypers would bring up her youngest child, given the conversation’s direction.
Bringing my daughter into this situation is a deeply personal matter for me,” Richards explained. “It’s upsetting, but I’m dealing with it.
On July 7, 2025, Phypers filed for divorce from the actress known for her role in ‘The World Is Not Enough,’ stating they had separated on July 4th. He explained to the court that their ‘irreconcilable differences’ led to the breakup.
In the months since, both parties have publicly traded jarring accusations about the other.
In court documents, Richards stated that her soon-to-be ex-husband repeatedly abused her during their relationship. Phypers has refuted these claims.
Oh my god, you won’t BELIEVE what I heard! Apparently, Phypers is claiming Richards cheated on his wife, and it’s not just that – he’s saying Richards actually attacked him and totally smashed his phone! I’m so invested in this drama, it’s insane!
In a message to loved ones, which was later shared by Page Six, Phypers asked for help for the actress, stating she was struggling with prescription drug abuse.
Phypers explained that this has been a long-standing problem, lasting over two decades. He stated that his wife isn’t eating properly and he’s seen her collapse due to substance use, which puts both her and others at risk – even while she’s driving with their 14-year-old daughter, Eloise.
Brett Berman, Richards’ lawyer, refuted the claims, stating to People that Phypers has continued to harass Richards even after being issued a Temporary Restraining Order. Berman alleges this harassment includes spreading private information taken from Richards’ phone and laptop, which Phypers reportedly stole.
