On Tuesday, a spokesperson from Wendt’s family confirmed his passing, stating that he peacefully passed away in his sleep at home. However, they did not specify the exact reason for his death.
The statement shared was, “George was a loving family member, a cherished friend and trusted advisor to many who were fortunate to know him.” It goes without saying that he will be deeply missed for all eternity.
