Hailey Bieber’s sister Alaia facing jail time after she was accused of ‘throwing used tampon at bartender’

Alaia Baldwin Aronow, Hailey Bieber’s sister, could face jail time after being arrested for a reported fight with staff at a bar in Georgia.

In February 2024, 33-year-old Rachel Aronow was arrested after an incident at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia. She’s been charged with assaulting three employees, and allegedly threw a used tampon at a bartender in the staff bathroom.

According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Georgia prosecutors have charged the model with four misdemeanors on Monday: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.

Prosecutors claim the oldest daughter of Stephen and Kennya Baldwin hit one person in the groin and ripped out some of another person’s hair.

If found guilty, Aronow could be sentenced to up to a year in jail for the assault. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 23rd.

Daily Mail has reached out to Aronow’s representative for comment.

As a lifestyle expert, I remember when news broke about the situation at Club Elan. Apparently, the owner had to call 911 because Aronow was reportedly involved in a physical fight with some of the staff and wouldn’t leave the club. TMZ covered it all at the time, and it was quite a scene!

Staff reported that Aronow went into a restroom reserved for employees, but was told she wasn’t allowed to use it and was directed to the public restroom instead.

However, she reportedly became belligerent and combative, and allegedly assaulted three employees.

She’s been accused of pulling a security guard’s hair while he was trying to stop her. Another guard claims she kicked him in the groin when he tried to hold her back.

A female bartender, the third employee, met Aronow while trying to get into the staff restroom.

She was allegedly informed Aronow would need a moment to vomit and change her tampon.

Haliegh Cauley, a bartender, told TMZ she had to tell Alec Baldwin and his friends they weren’t allowed in the staff bathroom. Shortly after, she discovered the sink completely full of vomit, which she said even made her feel sick just thinking about it.

The bartender said she waited a while before going back to the bathroom to see if the woman was okay.

When the employee entered the bathroom, however, she alleged that Aronow hit her with a tampon.

Cauley said she told them they needed to leave. She also noted that Aronow had a frightening look in her eyes.

She claimed that Aronow replied, ‘Do you not believe me? Do you want to see?’

Cauley stated that a used tampon, reportedly thrown by Aronow, hit her in the face.

She explained that Aronow didn’t throw the tampon. Cauley stated that when Aronow retrieved it, Cauley raised her arm, and the tampon brushed her face without her letting go of it.

Cauley said she then contacted security, and reported that Aronow started physically attacking the guards.

The bartender added that she thought Aronow was intoxicated.

Security said they eventually were able to contain Aronow and remove her from the establishment.

Cauley stated she would not only pursue criminal charges but also sue Aronow, explaining that she was physically touched by someone’s bodily fluids.

That comment was unnecessary and disrespectful, particularly since someone was offering assistance.

Aronow told the officer she was defending herself. She also reportedly felt the incident was being exaggerated, according to TMZ.

She was arrested and charged with several offenses, including assault, battery, and trespassing.

According to a police report obtained by E! News, Ms. Aronow claims she was forcibly removed from the club.

At first, she claimed she hadn’t forced her way into the bathroom, saying she simply needed to use it to vomit and change her tampon.

The report indicates she first claimed she hadn’t thrown her used tampon at the bartender, but later admitted that she had.

According to the report, Aronow struggled with security guards the entire time he was outside. The video footage clearly shows him grabbing one guard’s hair and hitting another in the groin.

When contacted by TMZ, Drew Findling, the lawyer for Aronow, didn’t deny any of the things his client was accused of doing.

On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow went to Savannah, Georgia, to celebrate her friend’s upcoming wedding. What began as a fun girls’ night, however, quickly took a troubling turn, he explained.

According to Findling, Ms. Aronow is upset by what happened and is working to prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future.

Model Alexandra Aronow comes from the well-known Baldwin family. She and her husband, Andrew Aronow, have been married for seven years and have a four-year-old daughter named Iris.
