The 2026 HUMMER EV series, unveiled by GMC, is more refined, speedier, and more competent than ever before. The highlight of the upgrades is the King Crab, a fresh rear-steering mechanism that boosts off-road agility substantially. This innovative feature will be accessible on all 2X and 3X trims, enabling the rear wheels to spin faster than the front for improved maneuverability – perfect for navigating narrow trails or rock climbing. Additionally, it will be made available via an over-the-air (OTA) update to all HUMMER EVs from 2022 to 2025.

Additionally, making its appearance is the HUMMER EV Carbon Fiber Edition, their swiftest model yet. Boasting a 0–60 mph sprint in an astonishing 2.8 seconds, it harmoniously unites swiftness with unique elegance. It sports matte Magnus Gray paint, black carbon fiber wheels, and a Velocity Ember interior, offering a distinctive style.

The latest technological advancements offer bi-directional charging capabilities (between vehicles and homes), enhanced Super Cruise synchronization with Google Maps, cruise control enhancements, and a 13.4-inch infotainment system driven by Google Built-In and OnStar. The 2026 HUMMER EV 3X Pickup boasts a power output of up to 1,160 horsepower and an impressive torque of 13,000 lb-ft, alongside refined damping for a more comfortable ride. Two new exterior hues — Coastal Dune and Auburn Matte — are introduced, along with two novel interior styles.

The manufacturing process will start towards the end of this year at General Motors’ Factory ZERO in Michigan. It is anticipated that these electric vehicles will be available at GMC dealerships soon thereafter. At present, the cost details have not been disclosed.
