A “wild ride” crime series from Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy is coming to Netflix.
An unnamed comedy show, in the works, will include Taylor Ortega from The Four Seasons, along with Lady Bird’s actor and Hacks’ lead actress, Laurie Metcalf, as part of its cast.
The narrative unfolds around “two utterly inept siblings, forced by blackmail into the shadowy realm of criminal organizations.
After making his first directorial effort with “Good Grief“, Levy is set to take up the role of showrunner and executive producer, working alongside Rachel Sennott from “Bottoms” on this upcoming project.
In a conversation with Tudum, Levy expressed his enthusiasm about crafting this genuinely unruly family tale with Netflix. He’s ecstatic about the group we’re assembling, both the talented individuals working off-camera and those appearing on it.

Taylor Ortega will likely be recognized by many households, and I’ve aimed to one day address Laurie Metcalf as ‘my mother’. I can hardly wait to experience this journey together with all of you.
On Instagram, he posted an update saying, “This program has led me on an exhilarating journey, and I can’t wait to finally unveil it to you! Don’t hesitate, friends. I promise you won’t regret following along.
Recently, Ortega made an appearance in the Netflix comedy series “The Four Seasons,” alongside Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively in their film “Another Simple Favor.
Just announced, “The Four Seasons” has been granted another season, joining shows such as “Bridgerton,” “Love in the Spectrum,” and “The Diplomat” for a second outing.

In the upcoming third season, actor Metcalf is slated to feature in Ryan Murphy’s Netflix show titled “Monster“, where it delves into the criminal activities of Ed Gein.
In this production, the actor from Roseanne is set to play the role of Ed Gein’s mother, Augusta, with Tom Hollander portraying Alfred Hitchcock, while Olivia Williams takes on the character of Alma Reville.
Actor Charlie Hunnam from the series “Sons of Anarchy” has been cast to portray Gein, a man infamous for his grisly deeds as a suspected serial killer and grave robber. It was shocking when it was uncovered that he crafted various items using the skin and bones of exhumed corpses, earning him global notoriety.
As a fan, I can’t contain my excitement to share that I’ve got my hands on Digital Spy’s first print magazine! It’s called “British Comedy Legends” and it’s packed with laughter and nostalgia. You can grab a copy from your local newsagent or purchase it online, currently priced at an affordable £3.99. Don’t miss out on this hilarious read!
