In a photo posted on Instagram Stories, the actress, aged 37, enjoyed some peaceful time under the warm sun of May, following the arrival of her and husband Mark Wright‘s first child, a girl named Palma, in March.

On Tuesday morning, it was noticeably different from Mark, as he shared via Instagram Stories that he had already broken a sweat during his early morning jog.

In a recently shared video on social media, he announced: ‘We’ve returned! After enduring two calf injuries, we’re gradually healing and resuming our journey towards a leisurely 5K run. Let’s jump back in and continue!’

As a diehard fan, I can’t help but speculate that the captivating duo opted for the moniker “Palma” out of their profound affection for Mallorca, the enchanting isle they frequently escape to and where they shared the magical moment of revealing their pregnancy.

In May 2015, Michelle exchanged vows with Mark, and since then, this married duo resides in a custom-built mansion that they constructed themselves, located in Essex.

During a chat with his longtime pal and co-father Olly Murs on their Heart Breakfast program, The Only Way Is Essex star Mark shared the special instant when he first cradled his newly born daughter in his embrace.

Mark fought back emotions as he said: ‘ Mate, it’s actually hard to put into words.

As a fanatic, I can’t help but exclaim that this milestone in my life, this monumental achievement, consumes my every thought. But let me be clear: hats off to my extraordinary wife! She is no ordinary human; she is a superhero, a titan, who has brought our little miracle into this world.
