I, as a devoted follower, found myself labeling myself as “unattractive” and “distasteful” when I revisited video recordings of my past plastic surgeries performed in Turkey.

In January, a mother of five traveled overseas for some modifications on her sixth facial enhancement costing approximately £10,000. She recorded her journey for an upcoming YouTube video.

While recording her reactions, she observed herself preparing for the stage and pondered, “I look so unattractive there – that was prior to my cosmetic procedure.

She acknowledged that the nursing staff sometimes struggle with understanding English, yet expressed enthusiasm about the situation, as she enjoys undergoing anesthesia.

Looking back at herself before the surgery, she commented that she seemed quite thin and bony, and was amazed by the size of her breasts. She shared her intention to undergo additional surgeries to enhance those particular features in the future.

Looking at herself as she signed the consent form, she admitted, “I’m merely signing without reading, I just want to proceed with the surgery,” followed by, “I honestly think I look quite artificial and unattractive.

Katie, who was planning a minor nose enhancement too, disregarded the doctor’s cautions about possible scaring and was simply anxious to proceed with her operation, eager as she was.

After undergoing the tweaks to her facelift and nose, the surgery wasn’t finished for Katie. 

As a diligent follower of my aesthetic goals, I had scheduled a procedure to reshape my ears to complement my newly sculpted face. However, an unexpected drop in my blood pressure during the operation prompted the medical team to recommend postponing it until the next day, using only local anesthetic for the subsequent session.

As she underwent the process, she asserted, “I felt no pain whatsoever!” She also inquired, “Am I finished now?

She responded promptly, saying: “No, not major changes. Just minor adjustments here and there.

While watching the video, Katie commented: ‘I find myself quite pleased with my appearance; it motivates me to seek out more of that moment.’

‘It’s so bad why am I watching this? I still think there’s room now to pull more [skin]’. 

Supporters promptly encouraged Katie to halt her persistent surgical plans, criticizing the medical professionals for persisting in the operations.

They suggested that the surgeons should tell her it’s time to stop operating on her, as they believe they are taking advantage of the situation for financial gain.

Here is a more empathetic and gentle suggestion for your message: “Katie, I really hope you’re feeling better. However, I feel it’s important to mention that it might be best to avoid any additional surgeries at this time. It seems like you may have already undergone quite a bit.

‘You’ve developed an extreme case of body dysmorphia, which is unfortunate. You’ve gone overboard with it. It’s not a flattering sight. The surgeons performing these procedures seem to lack any sense of professional boundaries or ethical considerations.’

Having personally undergone more than 25 surgeries due to medical necessities, it’s hard for me to comprehend individuals electing for surgery solely based on vanity. Such procedures impose a significant burden on the entire body and warrant serious consideration.

Despite the inherent dangers, which could even lead to loss of life, Katie’s attitude seems surprisingly nonchalant. One might wonder if she ever ponders over the potential impact on her children and how they might be affected by her actions.

Every time I face the need for surgery, it’s a concern that constantly crosses my mind. My children are now adults, but the thought of them is something I will always carry with me.

Yesterday, I accidentally came across an eight-year-old clip of Loose Women featuring Katie as one of the panelists. I was struck by how beautiful she appeared to me. It’s truly unfortunate when individuals struggle to find contentment within themselves and accept their true selves.

It seems clear that she no longer resembles any of her relatives, which is an aspect worth preserving. However, it’s evident that this isn’t a concern for her.

A woman who used to be a popular model from the town of Brighton has undergone numerous cosmetic procedures, including facial and bodily enhancements through fillers, Botox treatments, and multiple reconstructive surgeries.

Ever since her debut in the modeling world, Katie has undergone 16 breast surgeries (some for augmentation, others for reduction), along with three Brazilian butt lift procedures (BBLs), a nose job, and six facelifts.

Katie, who frequently visits Turkey and Belgium and considers herself an unofficial representative of body modifications, undergoes significant transformations to her look annually, sometimes even multiple times in the same year.

Back in the early part of this year, Katie disclosed that her surgery was not self-funded; instead, she received it gratis in exchange for a post on Instagram.

When asked about her approach to selecting procedures, she responded: “I have a comprehensive guide that allows me to choose any surgical procedure offered by various clinics.

She mentioned: ‘I don’t utilize it as fully as I might. If I were to do so and allow myself complete freedom, I would appear quite unusual, which is not the look I desire.’
