In May 2025, prepare yourself as Clash of Clans brings back its Mini Highlight Event, showcasing the Super Yeti. As part of the regular events for the Season of High Seas Battles, this mini event starts on May 12, 2025, and continues until May 18, 2025.

Clash of Clans May 2025 ‘Super Yeti’ Mini Spotlight Event explained

The mini showcase event can be found through the Ice Cube fountain in your town. This feature will appear when the event begins.

During the event, collecting daily ice cubes from the bath enables you to activate the Super Yeti, without having to heat it up in the Super Troop sauna. This action grants you control over three Super Troops throughout the event.

Event Progression

As an avid participant in Spotlight events, I’ve come to realize that multiplayer battles are the key to making progress. Unlike other occasions, however, I gather ice cubes exclusively by accruing stars in multiplayer duels. Each star carries a specific number of ice cubes. Moreover, an added incentive comes with deploying Super Yetis, whether they’re stationed within our Clan Castle or not.

As a gamer, I’ve got a challenge ahead: I need a total of 3,950 ice cubes to wrap up this event and grab all the sweet rewards. The more stars I earn, the quicker I can complete it!

New Super Troop: Super Yeti

Becoming part of the elite roster is the mighty Super Yeti. This powerful character possesses a special skill named “Shock and All”. When attacked, it unleashes tiny Electromites which initiate a chain lightning strike, potentially targeting as many as three buildings if they are positioned one tile apart.

Different from Yeti’s Yeti Mites, Electromites prefer to infest any structure they come across, occupying more living space than their counterparts. Following an encounter, the Super Yeti transforms into a perpetual troop, similar to other Super Troops, which can also be amplified as needed.

Event Rewards

The rewards for this event are plentiful as always, however, there seem to be fewer options available. Among the prizes are the Super Yeti, two Clan Castle Cake Magic Snacks, 13.5 million gold and elixir, 150,000 dark elixir, and up to 940 medals for free-to-play participants.

With the purchase of the mini-event pass, you’ll receive extra perks including: two resource potions, one of each type of resource rune, an additional 9 million gold, 150,000 dark elixir, and 1,900 extra medals. This adds up to a total of 2,840 medals with the pass. Additionally, you can earn 130 Super Medals by collecting bonus ice cubes.

At The Trader Shop, you’ll find temporary items like backdrops and ornaments such as Clashy Constructs, Epic Winter, and Primal landscapes, along with the Sacred Gate decoration. Unlike usual, this collection doesn’t include Hero Equipment.
