Chris McCausland has landed a guest role on Have I Got News For You.
On May 23rd, the current champion of “Strictly Come Dancing” and a well-known comedian will join the panel as a guest on the widely watched BBC program.
In this upcoming episode, Victoria Coren Mitchell serves as the host, and it will be McCausland’s seventh visit to the program. On the other hand, regular panelist Janet Street-Porter makes her 18th appearance on the show.
The 69th series of the popular show “Have I Got News For You” began last month, featuring a variety of well-known personalities such as Phil Wang, Steph McGovern, Helen Lewis, Ian Smith, Julian Clary, Jemima Kelly, Jo Brand, and Richard Osman as guest stars.
Simultaneously, David Tennant, Sue Perkins, Angela Rippon, Katherine Parkinson, Martin Clunes, and Alexander Armstrong have all taken turns as hosts, with Paul Merton and Ian Hislop serving consistently as team captains.

In another location, McCausland has been officially announced as the host of an upcoming BBC documentary titled “Glimpsing Tomorrow.” This 60-minute program will trace the celebrity’s personal journey with technology as he travels from various parts of the UK to Silicon Valley to delve deeper into his own relationship with technological advancements.
He’s skilled at telling jokes, he loves to dance, and he’s even hosted his own TV shows… but his true love lies in technology.” Chris, however, was born with a condition known as retinitis pigmentosa, which resulted in the gradual loss of his sight. By his early twenties, he had become completely blind.

Chris’s exceptional bond with technology stems from the fact that advancements like the iPhone and voice-activated virtual assistants have significantly impacted his life, unlike mere conveniences for sighted individuals.
The comedian casually referred to himself as a “technology enthusiast,” expressing his eagerness to eventually classify this passion as part of his job.
He shared his enthusiasm for testing the newest devices, mentioning that he plans to attempt to interact with some robots as well, since it won’t likely be too far into the future before they take control.
