As May draws near in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), a flurry of major collaboration events are set to invade the game. One of these much-anticipated collaborations is the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) x Naruto Shippuden Collaboration Event, accompanied by other smaller events such as a free epic skin for Estes and routine Zodiac and Starlight skin events. In this upcoming Advanced Server Patch 1.9.80 Update of Mobile Legends, we’ll delve into the updates for May 2025, in addition to balance adjustments and more.

Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.80 Update: Battlefield Changes

In higher-skilled matches, Junglers often dominate early-to-mid game pace, whereas Exp Lane characters seldom shine. In fact, Exp Lane characters may need to invest in defensive gear to assume a damage-absorbing role and sacrifice resources for their teammates.

In the latest update on the Advanced Server, we’re providing more chances for Mid Laners to dominate battles during the mid-game, at the expense of Jungle’s early game tempo control. This adjustment is referred to as Battlefield Modifications.

  • Exp Lane Siege Minion: Exp Reward has been significantly increased in mid-game.
  • Exp Lane Scavenger Crabs: Respawn Timer set from 1min to 45s
  • Gold Lane Scavenger Crabs: Respawn Timer set from 1min to 45s; Gold Rewards are reduced by 22%.
  • Molten Fiend: First Spawn Time set from 20s to 25s; Base HP increased by 15%
  • Thunder Fenrir: First Spawn Time set from 20s to 25s; Base HP increased by 15%
  • Fire Beetle: Base HP increased by 15%
  • Horned Lizard: Base HP increased by 15%
  • Lava Golem: Base HP increased by 15%
  • Killing Exp Reward: Significantly increased the Exp gained from hero kills in the early game.

MLBB × Naruto Battle Emotes

Starting on May 2nd, 2025, and continuing until June 15th, two new permanent MLBB × NARUTO Battle Emotes titled “I’m all set for the blast! – Minato Namikaze” and “Everything is in my grasp! – Itachi Uchiha” will become accessible.

Each emote is priced at 109 Diamonds.

MLBB × Naruto Recharge Gift

During the recharge period, recharge the specified amounts during the “MLBB x NARUTO Recharge Gift Event”. This will give you a chance to win random MLBB x NARUTO Collab Skin Draw Tickets and MLBB x NARUTO Resource Draw Tickets.

During the recharge phase of the “MLBB x NARUTO Recharge Gift Event”, if you recharge the required amount, you might receive some tickets for the MLBB x NARUTO Collab Skins and Resource Draws.

Aamon (Adjusted)

In simpler terms, the developers have rolled back changes made to Aamon’s sustained strong basic attacks from his passive ability, but kept the speed at which he collects shards when in camouflage mode. Additionally, they have reversed adjustments related to the cooldown reduction effect of his enhanced basic attacks, focusing instead on individual enhanced basic attacks.

  • Enhanced Basic Attack Damage: 75 + 100% of Total Physical Attack + 75% of Total Magic Power >> 70 + 100% of Total Physical Attack + 115% of Total Magic Power
  • First Damage after exiting the Camouflage state: 75 + 100% of Total Physical Attack + 150% of Total Magic Power >> 84 + 120% of Total Physical Attack + 138% of Total Magic Power
  • New Effect: The first damage dealt after exiting Camouflage state reduces all skill cooldowns by 1s.

  • Cooldown: 5.5s > 7s
  • Magic Bonus of shards at 5 charges: 20% >> 15%

Skill 2 (↓)

Cooldown: 11.5-9s >> 13-11s

Ultimate (↓)

Cooldown: 45-39s >> 55-45s

Barats (Adjusted)

Because of the boost in Resilience, Barats became challenging to manage when he had an excessive amount of Resilience. Consequently, we’ve decreased his Resilience level and made up for it by adjusting other attributes instead.
