Lisa Armstrong Buys £700k Oxford Home with £31m Divorce Windfall

According to reports, Lisa Armstrong is said to have purchased a new residence in Oxford, expanding her collection of properties following her divorce from Ant McPartlin.

Last year, the makeup artist, aged 48, who reportedly received a £31 million settlement from the 49-year-old TV star, purchased a property with four bedrooms situated close to Oxford for over £700,000, as reported by The Mirror.

She retained the previous family residence, a luxurious five-bedroom property worth approximately £2.3 million, located in west London, following the divorce.

In 2020, about two years after their 11-year marriage ended, Lisa purchased a house worth approximately £3.8 million in the western part of London.

As reported by the publication, she is now anticipated to carry out significant upgrades on her recently acquired property.

It is not known if she is set to live there, but she grew up in Oxford and knows the area well.

TopMob has contacted a representative of Lisa for comment.

In a short span of time, Lisa has transformed into a skillful home developer, having extensively refurbished the property she bought in 2020, adding features such as a swimming pool, fitness center, separate outhouse, and gazebo.

Yet, since a fire occurred at her previous matrimonial residence in 2023, causing approximately £1 million in damages, her fortune has taken a hit there.

Lisa had been renting the property to a family of six, it was reported at the time.

Lisa split from I’m A Celeb host Ant, 49, in 2018 after 18 years of marriage.

In 2021, the speaker got married to Anne-Marie Corbett, who used to be his personal assistant. The couple then had their first child together, a boy named Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May.

In 2020, Lisa started dating James Green, an electrician from Sky, but unexpectedly parted ways with him in August 2023.

Now, I’m keeping my fingers crossed and eagerly waiting to see if it reappears on the market soon!

Back in May of 2024, I, a die-hard fan, listed that charred relic for a cool £4 million. However, after a dismal three months on the market, it didn’t spark the interest I had hoped it would among potential buyers. So, reluctantly, I adjusted the price to reflect reality.

In 2006, the divorced pair, who parted ways in 2018, purchased a house located on an elite street in Chiswick, for approximately £2.3 million.
