After twenty years, the 42-year-old artist looks back at Simon Cowell’s comments about her interpretation of Rascal Flatts’ song Bless The Broken Road.

Two decades have passed since Simon Cowell critiqued the singer’s rendition of Bless The Broken Road by Rascal Flatts, now a 42-year-old. She shares her thoughts on it.
Initially, Simon characterized Carrie’s performance as having a ‘robotic’ feel, yet he acknowledged that she sung the song exceptionally well and found it to be of high quality.
On Thursday, the Grammy-winning musician posted on Instagram in agreement with the British record executive’s assessment, saying, “He wasn’t off base.
She argued that he wasn’t incorrect in his actions. In such instances, she felt it was remarkable, though she isn’t sure if it’s the opportune moment to take bold steps or make risky decisions.
The attractive woman elaborated, “Choose something you’re familiar with, and then see how it fits within the setting.

However, it’s worth noting that I view myself as a singer, always striving for quality in my performances. If I start overthinking my actions on stage, it seems to negatively impact my vocal delivery.
‘So [Simon] was not wrong,’ she reiterated before playfully showing off robot dance moves.
She playfully remarked to her 13.3 million followers in a post’s caption, “Robotic earlier… now check out my robotic dance moves!
Carrie added that she cherishes performing “Bless The Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts. She’s thankful for every bumpy path that brought her to where she is now.
In that same year, she triumphed in the fourth season of the singing contest, marking the beginning of a two-decade journey in the music industry for her.
