Toukana Interactive has revealed that their popular strategy puzzle game Dorfromantik will soon be available on mobile devices, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The console versions will largely maintain the original gameplay, but the mobile version is being created by Clockstone Studio.
Immerse yourself in a peaceful world full of puzzle challenges
Dorfromantik is a tranquil strategy and puzzle game that welcomes you into a serene universe, blending relaxation with intriguing puzzles. In this captivating game, you lay down tiles to develop an expansive, interconnected village landscape, striving for the perfect fit as you strategically place them to surpass your own high score.

In this game, you begin with a collection of tiles that are randomly arranged, and your task is to strategically place and rotate these tiles to make them fit seamlessly into the open spaces provided. As you advance and combine similar environments like forests, villages, or bodies of water, they will score points for you based on how effectively you manage to align them.
What captures my interest are the unique quest tiles that present special items. For example, a windmill needs to be adjacent to six grain fields, and achieving these goals results in additional tiles being earned, which are vital for continuing your expansion as the game concludes once all tiles have been used up.
Dorfromantik mobile will bring a new game flow and fresh mechanics with its launch
Additionally, I’m fond of the lively environments that become accessible as your territory grows. You’ll encounter items already set in place, offering ongoing objectives. This allows you to discover new tiles, biomes, and quests as you advance, which is something I’m eager to experience when the mobile version becomes available.
Beyond this, the mobile adaptation of the game will introduce a fresh game progression and controls tailored for mobile devices. Rest assured, the core elements of the game – its tranquil gameplay, strategic and puzzle mechanics, picturesque village setting, distinctive art style featuring exquisite hand-drawn graphics, and more – remain unchanged.
Dorfromantik is preparing to debut on mobile devices, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. At present, the game can be played on PC (via Steam) and Nintendo Switch. The mobile version is being worked on, but a release date has yet to be announced. Keep an eye out for further announcements!
