At a screening of her latest movie, “Materialists,” Dakota Johnson attended alongside her mom, Melanie Griffith, on Wednesday night, right here in Los Angeles at the London Hotel.
At the occasion, the 35-year-old actress gracefully embodied elegance by donning a sleek, white, sleeveless gown featuring an alluring v-neck design.
The clothing item also had a cream-colored bottom, and Dakota enhanced her natural charm using a gentle spectrum of cosmetics.
In addition, Melanie appeared stunning in a brown see-through turtleneck sweater that she neatly matched with a pair of denim pants.
In a beige trench coat, the actress enhanced her stature with a pair of brown boots and accessorized with a bag that coordinated with her outfit.
Melanie and her former spouse, Don Johnson (whom she was married to for just under a year back in 1976), co-parent Dakota together.
Additionally, Dakota was accompanied by her sibling, Jesse Johnson. Notably, Jesse is the offspring of Dakota’s father, Don Johnson, and actress Patti D’Arbanville.
In the movie, titled “Materialists,” Dakota plays the role of Lucy, a New York City matchmaker who runs into complications when she’s caught between finding the ideal partner and reconciling with an old flame who isn’t quite perfect. She shares screen time with Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal in this film.
Additionally, Dakota has just agreed to act alongside Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett in ‘Verity’, a movie based on the book with the same title written by Colleen Hoover.
The 50 Shades of Grey star is currently in a relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
