Addictive thriller that ‘keeps you guessing’ with loads of twists gets new UK streaming home

Kiefer Sutherland’s spy thriller Rabbit Hole has found a new streaming home in the UK.

In 2023, an eight-episode series debuted on Paramount+, featuring Gary Sutherland in the role of John Weir, a skilled deceiver, who finds himself accused of murder and needing to prove his innocence against powerful entities that can manipulate masses.

Apart from Sutherland, the cast of Rabbit Hole includes Charles Dance, Meta Golding, Enid Graham, Rob Yang, Walt Klink, and Lance Henriksen as well.

As a passionate fan, I’d like to share that this incredible series wasn’t just brought to life by one mind, but a dynamic duo – John Requa and Glenn Ficarra. They not only took the reins as creators, but also joined forces with Sutherland, Hunt Baldwin, Suzan Bymel, and Charlie Gogolak in executive production roles.

2023 saw the highly acclaimed release of “Rabbit Hole”, which garnered widespread praise from film critics. This recognition is reflected in its ‘Certified Fresh’ rating of 76% on Rotten Tomatoes.

In an interview with Digital Spy before the premiere of “Rabbit Hole,” Sutherland shared that it was a conversation with Requa and Ficara that inspired him to become part of the show.

He mentioned that they were drawing inspiration from ’70s suspense films such as “Three Days of the Condor,” “The Parallax View,” “All the President’s Men,” and “Marathon Man” back then, he stated.

These films were part of my childhood viewing, and if I ever had the opportunity to act in cinema, I’d aspire to create movies similar to these.
