Cruel Intentions star Ryan Phillippe leaves fans hot under the collar while showing off his ripped physique in a rare thirst trap in his sauna

Fans of the movie Cruel Intentions were quick to compliment Ryan Phillippe after he shared a photo of his impressively fit body on Instagram Thursday. The photo, taken in his sauna, sparked a lot of positive comments about his physique.

The 51-year-old actor, known for his work in Hollywood, displayed his fit physique and tattoos while relaxing shirtless in his sauna.

Ryan wore shorts and a special hat made to shield his head and hair from high temperatures, like those in a sauna.

He wrote: ‘Is it possible to be in love w a sauna?’   

People were thrilled to see Ryan Reynolds trying out the ‘trap’ trend, with many sharing that he remains their ‘childhood crush’ after remembering his role in the 1999 film, Cruel Intentions.

Wow, things haven’t changed much! Still feeling the same excitement as back in 1999, and you haven’t aged a bit!

Still have a childhood crush on him! What a welcome distraction during tax season – he’s still incredibly handsome.

This followed a father-son outing for Ryan and Ryan Phillippe, where they attended a special screening of their show, Motorheads.

The young, up-and-coming actor and the seasoned Hollywood star both looked great, each with a stylish outfit that suited their personal look.

The NYU student wore a forest green sweater and pants, and finished the look with black accessories.

Meanwhile, Ryan — who shares Deacon with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon — looked great in a beige suit. 

In an interview before the show came out last year, Ryan shared how he felt when he learned his son might play his on-screen brother in flashback scenes.

He remembered being surprised and saying, “Wow, okay.” He explained that he didn’t want to sway the decision, so he suggested, “Let’s offer it to him and see what he thinks.”

I kept thinking, ‘I really hope he comes, I want him there with me.’ But it was important to me that he decided on his own, without me pushing him.

In addition to Deacon, Ryan shares 26-year-old daughter Ava Phillippe with Reese, 50. 

He’s also dad to daughter Kai, 14, with 35-year-old ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp.

When Deacon announced he was taking over the role of Motorhead, he explained, ‘I was really excited because it meant he’d be involved throughout the show, and I’d have the chance to work with him.’

His son has been studying music in New York City since 2022. 

He shared that when children leave for college, it can be a really difficult adjustment. It often feels like something is missing from your life.

Although I enjoy visiting him in New York and we make time to be together, it’s not the same as having him around every day. This experience allowed us to live together again, which was special.

The parent beamed with pride, recalling their child’s first late-night filming session. It was amusing watching them fight to stay awake at 3:30 AM. Although they didn’t share any scenes together, the parent felt very connected to their child’s experience.

One of my favorite memories from working on the show was when my co-star and I were invited to brainstorm with showrunner John A. Norris. We spent a really fun afternoon imagining what our characters’ childhoods might have been like – it was a fantastic way to build depth and really understand who they were!

It’s honestly amazing to have these conversations with my son about what it was like growing up with my own brother. It feels really special and unlike anything else.

We used to have dinners together where we’d all laugh about the fact that he’s younger than his kids, even though he’s their dad. There were a lot of really heartwarming and funny moments like that.
