Ashley Cole & Sharon Canu: Rare Loved-Up Pics at Friend’s Wedding

Ashley Cole and Sharon Canu showed affectionate glimpses of their relationship during a joint appearance at a friend’s wedding on Sunday, as depicted in an uncommon photograph they posted together.

In an Instagram Story, the 44-year-old football coach from England, along with his spouse Sharon (age 31), were seen affectionately close, snuggling up together.

For the outing, Sharon looked incredible as she slipped into a figure-hugging back slip-on dress. 

To add some finishing touches, the stunning woman displayed her large engagement ring, paired it with two bangles, and wore a substantial timepiece.

She significantly increased her towering figure by donning a pair of black leather platform shoes.

At the moment, Ashley exuded classic good looks, wearing a neat navy shirt and coordinating trousers.

Sharon shared the post just hours after gushing over her friend who got married earlier that day.  

Sharon and Ashley share son Jaxon, seven, and daughter Grace, five.  

In 2014, they first met and it wasn’t until the year 2022 that they became engaged. Their grand wedding took place in Italy, in July of 2023, following their engagement.

I was over the moon to be a part of the beautiful wedding ceremony held overseas, where my favorite couple exchanged vows! Frank and Christine Lampard, John Terry, and Sam Faiers with her partner Paul Knightley were also there among family and friends, making it an extraordinary event for us all.

Visitors were extended an invitation to Hotel La Vecchia Posta, Ladispoli, for the joyous events that featured a grand fireworks show and a lively orchestra performance.

The couple decided on an Italian wedding after meeting when Ashley joined AS Roma. 

Sharon is from Italy but now lives between Surrey and LA with Ashley and their children.

The nuptials came 12 years after Ashley’s four year marriage to pop star Cheryl ended. 

Previously, Ashley Cole, a notable defender who played for both Chelsea and Arsenal, was honored by being inducted into the Premier League’s Hall of Fame, acknowledging his remarkable career in the elite tier of English football last year.

For fifteen seasons, this left-back has triumphed in three league championships, a feat that has earned him the reputation as the greatest player ever to occupy his position in the annals of the Premier League.

He was a member of the legendary Arsenal squad that remained undefeated throughout the 2003-04 season, securing his second league championship. Later on, he added another title to his collection while playing for Chelsea during the 2009-10 campaign in west London.
