On her “Sunday date,” Georgia styled her hair loose and donned a sleek, revealing black swimsuit that highlighted her well-defined figure.

The character from Made in Chelsea didn’t seem to relish her icy shower; instead, she was heard emitting a yelp upon getting wet by the water.

Later on, Georgia playfully captured James taking a cold shower, labeling him as someone who enjoys unusual treatments, or in simpler terms, a peculiar fellow.

On Instagram, the couple posted stories about their Sunday afternoon date, which included relaxing in a hyperbaric chamber and enjoying a roasted meal together.

Ever since their relationship began in 2023, Georgia and James have frequently posted pictures showcasing their shared love for wellness activities and workout regimens.

The couple even own their own hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which can cost as much as £35,000.

In simpler terms, hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves supplying more oxygen to the body by using a sealed chamber that has greater-than-normal atmospheric pressure, allowing for increased absorption of oxygen.

Recently, Georgia shared a video of herself utilizing an oxygen chamber, expressing her desire to reside within it if given the chance. In my opinion, living a vibrant and healthy lifestyle often involves seeking innovative ways to boost wellness, and this method certainly falls under that category!

She wrote, ‘It feels unusual not to acknowledge the space I’m enclosed within, which happens to be a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.’

Over time, I’ve experimented with numerous biohacking fads, but nothing compares to the potency of hyperbaric chambers. The science backing it is incredibly robust and fascinating. If only I could dwell within its confines permanently!

Georgia and James got married in March, following the wealthy man proposing with a stunning three-dollar sign diamond ring valued at approximately £200,000 during their romantic vacation to Greece for Georgia’s 30th birthday in October.

Due to the unexpected elopement, the couple’s wedding and honeymoon took place in north-east Scotland instead, lasting for a duration of just 48 hours.

On Instagram, Georgia posted heartfelt photos of the newlywed couple posing on a fishing boat shortly after their wedding ceremony, accompanied by this caption: “Today, James and I tied the knot!
