Rupert Grint Dotes Over New Baby Goldie in Casual Stroll With Georgia Groome

On a casual day out in Highgate, Northwest London last Friday, I couldn’t help but feel the joy and pride of a devoted father as I lovingly guided my little one, Goldie, in her pram.

36-year-old Daniel Radcliffe, known for his role in Harry Potter, looked relaxed and laid-back while managing the stroller, enjoying the sunshine with his partner, actress Georgia Groome (aged 33), by his side.

In an unexpected twist of events last month, I found myself beaming with joy as I strolled casually by a bustling butcher’s shop, cradling my newly expanded family – my partner and our secretly welcomed second child. The world around us seemed to pause, as onlookers waiting for the bus caught a glimpse of our blissful moment.

As I desired to blend anonymously, I hid my vibrant red hair under a sporty cap and donned a pair of tinted sunglasses.

He put on a worn-out black denim jacket, paired it with a green T-shirt, black track pants, and a pair of unkempt sneakers.

He slipped into a faded black denim jacket, teamed it up with a green tee, black joggers, and worn-out trainers.

Simultaneously, it was found that Georgia, who gained popularity for her part in the 2008 movie Angus, Thongs & Perfect Snogging, maintained a casual appearance as well.

Instead of choosing a gray sweater emblazoned with the word “Bing” upfront, she selected it to go along with black leggings, a pop of red in her socks, and trainers. Additionally, much like her long-term partner, she accessorized with dark sunglasses.

At the end of April, Rupert shared on Instagram, announcing that the newborn was named Goldie G. Grint.

In a playful reference to the unexpected birth of their new family member, Rupert teasingly titled his post “A Hint at Our Secret Child” and acknowledged the medical professional who assisted with the delivery.

Rupert’s comment to the doctor implies that she was the one who helped deliver their firstborn child, their daughter Wednesday, who joined their family five years ago.

The actor’s post received numerous congratulations from fans, who often mentioned his iconic character while celebrating another “Weasley” coming into existence. (Using the phrase “another Weasley” to represent the newborn child and pay tribute to the actor’s famous role as a Weasley in Harry Potter.)

Earlier in April, it became known that Rupert and Georgia had their second child, as they were seen taking a leisurely walk in Hampstead with their baby, who was captured in photographs taken by The Sun.

The pair walked down the street in relaxed attire, with Rupert concealing his well-known face under an umbrella of shade (or simply “shade”) and a baseball cap.

They alternately held and gently cared for the child, who seemed to possess his grandfather’s reddish locks.

Since 2011, Rupert and his co-star Georgia have been a couple, although they’ve made concerted efforts to keep their romantic life private, preferring to focus on their professional work.

In a 2021 conversation with Glamour, Rupert mentioned Georgia briefly, stating: “We’re like two peas in a pod – we’re almost identical in personality and thought process.

That’s been the secret to its success – it’s always managed to function effectively, which is why it has endured for so long. It can be challenging to identify specifically what makes it so good, but whatever it is, it works well and is impressive.

Rupert was the first of the core three Potter child stars to become a parent.

Daniel Radcliffe, who is often seen on screen with him, recently took on parenthood for the first time. In April 2023, he and his long-time partner, Erin Drake, welcomed a new family member into their lives.

After the birth on Wednesday, Rupert confessed his concerns as a new parent, revealing that he often checks to make sure she’s still breathing whenever she sleeps.

In May 2020, they happily introduced their newborn daughter into the world on a Wednesday. Exactly six months later, Rupert decided to share her name with the world by joining Instagram.
