Digital platform DIGIDICED has unveiled their new board game offering titled “Caverna,” now accessible on Android, iOS, and PC devices for a cost of $11.99. This independent game, referred to as an “indie title,” represents the official digital adaptation of the renowned board game.

The game named Caverna is a digital adaptation of the cherished strategy board game created by Uwe Rosenberg. In this game, you assume the role of a dwarf tribe chief residing in a tiny cavern. Your mission is to expand your tribe, control resources, and ultimately emerge as the most powerful leader in the vicinity.

If you’re not already familiar, it’s a tactical game involving worker placement, launched by Lookout Games in 2013. It garnered numerous positive responses and accolades shortly after release. I’m thrilled that it’s now playable on mobile devices and PCs, with updated rules based on the original board game.

As a player in this game, I’m tasked with exploring and transforming the landscape. I can chop down forests, delve into mountains, and expand my underground lair with different rooms. I also get to craft weapons and manufacture goods using the resources I gather. Every choice matters here, from prioritizing gem and ore mining, raising animals, and more. It’s all about survival and resource management in this thrilling adventure!
