Story Highlights

- Featuring Ronaldinho, Carlos, and Cafu, the first two Epic cards get a Show Time skill.
In the Brazil-themed packs of eFootball 2025, there’s always a sense of joy as they contain the top cards in the game. The recently released Epic Brazil 2002 pack is no exception, shining a light on three undeniable legends: Ronaldinho, Cafu, and Roberto Carlos.
Initially, one might think this is simply another trip down memory lane, but upon scrutinizing its performance data and gameplay mechanics, it becomes apparent that there’s significant scope for high-level play in the future – here’s my take on the eFootball 2025 Epic Brazil 2002 pack after a thorough examination.
Epic cards from the Brazil 2002 pack in eFootball 2025
150 players make up this collection, and among them, three are Epic cards. Two of these Epic cards possess the “Show Time” skill, whereas the third one follows the standard Epic format. Additionally, you’ll find 8 other special cards in this group as well.
Ronaldinho
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player
- Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling
Ronaldinho is the kind of player who elevates the already beautiful game to a breathtaking level. He embodies the magician’s essence with his: extraordinary ball handling, mesmerizing dribbling skills, and an arsenal of techniques that shine when he advances the ball.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but marvel at his incredible speed-up! Given that this card represents an earlier phase of his career, it’s no wonder he excels in close combat situations, ensuring he won’t back down from ball challenges easily. What truly sets him apart is his unique playstyle, making him a masterful Hole Player – expect to see him weaving through defenses with those clever forward runs!

In terms of ball control, his “Low Pass” stat is robust; you can enhance it further if necessary, focusing more on improving his ball-handling skills as he currently excels in “Momentum Dribbling.
His final moves are dependable too, making him risky when maneuvering inward with his spin move. In terms of comparison, the card’s playing style is reminiscent of Zico from the earlier Brazil set; however, I believe the current player has a slight advantage due to being more versatile.
Roberto Carlos
- Position: LMF
- Playing Style: Cross Specialist
- Showtime Skill: Edged Crossing
Remarkably, both star fullbacks have undergone a shift in their playstyle and position to some degree, although they can excel anywhere along their respective wings. Roberto Carlos, for instance, is an electrifying player. Once you supply the ball on the left, it’s nearly impossible to keep up with him.

Take a peek at this card; his speed and acceleration are off the charts. He’s been all over the field in the left midfield forward position, and his playstyle is the perfect topper. Moreover, he possesses the Edge Crossing skill that can transform near-misses into goals.
This player’s ball control is remarkably fluid, and he possesses the ability to take long, potentially harmful shots when darting inside, all thanks to his remarkable striking force. He’s also quite robust for his stature, and he doesn’t shy away from defensive duties. A 4-2-2-2 formation seems perfectly suited for maximizing this card’s potential.
Cafu
- Position: RMF
- Playing Style: Box To Box
- Showtime Skill: None
Just like Carlos, but with a more focused midfield gameplay, this player resembles RMF in many ways. However, he lacks the Show Time skill that some other players possess. Yet, his remaining attributes receive significant enhancements. His card mirrors the playing style of Cafu in real life: relentless running, excellent overlapping abilities, and a robust defensive presence when required.

Similar to Carlos, his speed is exceptional, making it possible for him to catch most swift forwards. His dribbling and ball control statistics are impressive, ensuring that he can evade pressure effectively. Additionally, while he may not excel in the striker role, his crossing abilities remain commendable.
His remarkable endurance truly shines, enabling him to remain active throughout the entire game. Consider deploying him in a versatile position along the wing, where he can effectively contribute to both offense and defense. In my opinion, a combination of CMF (Central Midfielder) and RMF (Right Midfielder), or a mix of the two roles, would suit him best.
Best pick from the Brazil 2002 pack in eFootball 2025
Among the three, each excels in their respective positions, but if I were to make a recommendation, I’d go with Roberto Carlos. He offers versatility as he can be utilized effectively in various team compositions, and he’s an excellent choice for a starting card at any position on the left side.
