Netflix Unveils Alfred Hitchcock Film Collection
Summary
- Netflix US will stream classic Hitchcock films starting June 1
- The Paris Theater will present a six-week “HITCH!” screening series from May to June
- The theater event features over 50 films, including 36 directed by Hitchcock
Some of Alfred Hitchcock‘s most beloved films are coming to both Netflix and the Paris Theater.
Beginning June 1st, Netflix US subscribers can start streaming an extensive collection that includes classics such as “Vertigo,” “Rear Window,” “Frenzy,” “The Man Who Knew Too Much,” “Family Plot,” and “The Birds,” among others. Additionally, you’ll find recently inspired films like “Us” and “Barbarian,” as well as Sacha Gervasi’s biographical film about the legendary director, Alfred Hitchcock.
As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that starting from May 16 and running through June 29, the Paris Theater will be hosting “HITCH! The Original Cinema Influencer” screening series. This six-week event promises an incredible lineup of over 50 films, with a whopping 36 being masterpieces directed by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock himself. The remaining films are thoughtfully chosen to highlight the stylistic impacts behind Hitchcock’s filmmaking, collaborative works, pieces mirroring his distinctive style, or tributes directly honoring his cinematic legacy. This is a must-see event for any Hitchcock enthusiast!
