Found Season 2’s Huge Twist Explained
Warning: Contains SPOILERS for Found season 2, episode 19.
Avoid jumping to conclusions about how a story will unfold until the very end, as the most surprising twists often occur in the final moments. For instance, in season 2, episode 19 of the show, titled “Missing While a Casualty,” an unexpected event transpires when a van pulls up at Christian’s graveyard funeral. The intriguing figure who steps out dressed in black is none other than Sir, portrayed by Mark-Paul Gosselaar. No matter where Gabi and her team thought they could hide him – be it from their basement or behind prison bars – Sir always manages to return, driven by his unyielding obsession.
Granted, Sir isn’t out of prison — he’s simply being granted special privileges from the FBI. What kind of deal he struck is yet to be disclosed, but there are plenty of ways the character can make himself an asset to law enforcement. When speaking with ScreenRant, Karan Oberoi, who plays Dhan, breaks down what that ending means for the team at Mosely & Associates. Check out Oberoi’s full response below:
As a cinephile, I must admit that Karan Oberoi’s character seems determined to interfere with Gabi or M&A affairs in any possible way. It appears he’s merely causing trouble for them at the moment, and this is particularly unsettling because the FBI holds some significance for Dhan. You see, Dhan has collaborated with the FBI before, and he maintains a close connection within its ranks. His unexpected contact with the FBI disrupts Dhan’s world in an unsettling manner. It seems that Karan Oberoi is pushing boundaries beyond what Dhan and his associates are aware of.
Sir has been stretching his limits, and it’s hard to predict how far he might go in order to reach Gabi. Throughout the season, everyone has been wondering when Sir would appear, and if he would at all. However, since he is currently imprisoned, we thought that was the end of it. Yet, given Sir’s knack for finding solutions and his resourcefulness, our anticipation has only heightened. This is particularly true with Lena around, as there are numerous threats coming from various directions, especially now that he’s been released. This significantly alters many aspects of the situation.
Gabi Searches For A Father Who’s Pronounced Dead
His Daughter Hopes He Can Save Her Brother
In a twist of events, Gabi aids a young woman who believes her father is alive despite rumors of his demise. She asserts that he’s the only hope for saving her brother, critically ill and in need of a kidney transplant. The team publicly announces his condition during a press conference, but unbeknownst to them, Henry conceals his diagnosis with Von Willebrand disease. Tragically, this secret leads to his untimely death. The team gathers with Allison and Austin (now saved by Henry’s selfless act) to mourn their loss.
Jamie Struggles With His Feelings About Carrie
He Still Sees The Loving Mother Who Raised Him
The episode offers viewers a more intimate glimpse into Jamie’s stay at Carrie’s house. Initially, his captor suggested that Margaret no longer wished to care for him, presenting herself as his rescuer. However, Jamie grapples with his emotions towards Carrie, as he recalls a nurturing mother who brought him up. They used to celebrate her six-year-old son’s memory annually, a boy who had unfortunately succumbed to an illness. Later on, Trent exposes Carrie’s deception when he tells Jamie that her son is not deceased, but was taken away from her by child protective services due to alleged mistreatment.
Jamie persists in attempting to comprehend Carrie’s actions, which ultimately leads to a disagreement with Margaret. He struggles to grasp why he’s extending forgiveness to his kidnapper, yet can’t do the same for his biological mother. Margaret shares a journal detailing her experiences during Jamie’s absence, intending it to help him empathize with her feelings.
In an attempt to escape town with Carrie, he makes a call to her, but it turns out to be a trap.
