Comedian Milton Jones has disclosed that he’s been diagnosed with prostate cancer and is planning for an upcoming operation.
On Monday, the comedian (who is now 60 years old) shared concerning information through a public statement, and consequently, he postponed several scheduled performances.
According to Milton, his cancer can be managed; however, he emphasized that he needs to concentrate on his healing post-surgery. He’s determined to make a swift comeback to the stage once he’s recovered.
In his announcement, he expressed his apologies for the inconvenience, stating that he regrettably has to cancel some performances on his current Ha!Milton live tour.
The shows that were scheduled for Leeds, Coventry, Basingstoke, Sterts, Launceston, Durham, Hexham, Ilkley, Wakefield, Lichfield, Tunbridge Wells, Portsmouth, and Lyme Regis this summer have all been impacted.
After receiving the news about my recently diagnosed, treatable prostate cancer, I’ve found myself facing a challenging choice. I’m scheduled for surgery in the near future and, upon recovery, I’ll require some time to fully heal.

Furthermore, we’re planning to move the Summer events in Colchester, Bridlington, Stroud, and London from their original schedule to the Fall season instead.
The autumn part of the tour is still proceeding according to schedule, with no changes in the planned dates. Those who held tickets for the cancelled performances will receive a direct communication from the venue box office.
