Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Shocking Marriage Secret

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. tied the knot back in 2002, and their love continues to thrive.

It seems that maintaining individual privacy or personal space might be a key factor in achieving a successful marriage.

On Thursday, the actress who attended Fashion Week in Paris during March, revealed a secret during her visit to the Today studios. She had a conversation with Jenna Bush Hager, the host of Jenna and Friends, as well as her guest host, Tiffany Haddish.

‘Separate bathrooms,’ she state authoritatively to the astonished hosts.

‘That’s it? It’s that simple?’ Hager queried.

‘It’s that simple,’ the Dexter: Original Sin star, 48, confirmed.

Comedian Tiffany Haddish had a different idea, inspired by the golden age of television.

She proposed an analogy: ‘It’s similar to the situation between Lucy and Ricky from I Love Lucy, where they each had separate beds. When they wanted to be close, they would push their beds together, and when they needed space, they would move them apart.’

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must confess that I hadn’t previously considered that thought. However, upon reflection, it strikes me as an exceptionally brilliant suggestion!

49-year-old Geller and Prinze first crossed paths on the set of the 1999 film “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” a project that is currently being revived.

In a social media post made in November 2024, the action actress announced that she had been working alongside Prinze in Australia for the filming of a scary movie.

A new trailer for the gory thriller was release on Tuesday.

Geller’s Helen Shivers was killed in the 90s film.

Prinze, 49, reprises his role as Ray Bronson and Jennifer Love Hewitt, 46, returns as Julie James.

Additionally, Geller confessed that a fresh version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer was being developed as well, though she was bound by confidentiality and couldn’t reveal specifics.

As your trusted lifestyle guide, I always ensure that I only present ideas to you when I am one hundred percent prepared and certain that they align with what you, the valued audience, seek. Moreover, these suggestions will always be unique and fresh, offering something genuinely original.

The rebooted Buffy will make it to the small screen sometime in 2026.

The new I Know What You Did Last Summer debuts in theaters July 18.
