On occasion, Kim Kardashian has faced criticism for unusual edits, and recently Khloé’s final image, which appeared drastically altered in comparison to the original photoshoot on The Kardashians, left fans bewildered.

In the latest installment of “The Kardashians” Season 6, titled “Get the Hell Out of Dodge,” recently aired according to the 2025 TV schedule (streamable with a Hulu subscription). A significant part of the show centered around Khloé Kardashian‘s professional life, featuring her new podcast, “Khloé in Wonder Land.” She was radiant in a cover photoshoot, but when the final picture was displayed, it was hard to overlook the excessive edits, considering what had just transpired. One Reddit user posted screenshots from the episode, questioning:

Frankly speaking, wasn’t it unnecessary for Khloé Kardashian to attend that photo shoot? To be honest, I find myself offended on behalf of the photographer, as artificial intelligence might have sufficed to produce those images without anyone needing to step out of their homes. As one Reddit user put it: “Couldn’t a computer generate those pictures without requiring anyone to physically appear?

Initially, I found her appearance quite appealing. However, upon seeing the genuinely selected and edited cover, I was taken aback, almost choking on my water. Who could endorse such a transformation? It hardly resembles Khloe. Despite her stunning beauty, this depiction certainly doesn’t reflect reality. It saddens me to see her subjected to excessive editing like this because she doesn’t need it.

It was quite amusing (or unfortunate, depending on your perspective) that during the photoshoot, everyone was praising how beautiful Khloé appeared while striking various poses. At the same time, the photographer exclaimed, “I believe we have it,” as the completely edited and unrecognizable cover image suddenly appeared on the screen.

Fans agreed the edits were extreme and frankly unnecessary, writing:

It’s understood that stars from the Kardashians family generally don’t share unedited selfies on social media. In fact, any celebrity who uses Instagram usually enhances their photos before posting them. However, it seems like the Kardashians take photo editing to an extraordinary level, as demonstrated by Kim Kardashian’s instance where she edited her trapezius muscles to make her neck appear smaller.
