
Actress Sydney Sweeney has been chosen for the lead role in an upcoming movie version of “Split Fiction.” Director Jon M. Chu will helm the project, and the writers behind “Deadpool” and “Wolverine” are also involved.
Announced Sweeney’s lead role in the upcoming movie titled “Split Fiction,” produced by Mike Goldberg and Dmitri M. Johnson’s joint ventures Story Kitchen and Chu’s Electric Somewhere. Sweeney is also set to serve as an executive producer for this film. The screenplay for “Split Fiction” is being penned by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. This game, launched in March with sales exceeding 2 million units, revolves around two young authors who get trapped in a universe where their tales come to life, leading them into perilous situations. It is yet unclear whether Sweeney will play Mio or Zoe, the two main characters of the story.
This video game is a multiplayer-exclusive, cooperative title primarily intended for split-screen play, where players must collaborate to conquer the game’s complex environment. The narrative combines aspects of science fiction and fantasy, due to the unique writing styles of Mio and Zoe, creating higher stakes as the characters strive for liberation in their quest.
The game titled “It Takes Two,” published by Electronic Arts, is now accessible on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. A version for Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled to be released on June 5. The movie adaptation of
