Bethenny Frankel is planning to trade her Connecticut residence for a property in sunny Florida instead.

A 54-year-old businesswoman and past TV personality is discreetly displaying her Greenwich, Connecticut residence without publicly listing it, as she looks for a new property in either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, Florida, according to Page Six.

Last week, Frankel shared on an Instagram reel that she was relocating to Florida for personal and private reasons, accompanied by her 14-year-old daughter Brynn.

The house is said to be priced around $8 million by reports, as a small circle of relatives and acquaintances have expressed interest in inspecting it.

280 years ago, the house was constructed, and just recently, within the past two months on In Depth with Graham Bensinger, she disclosed that only twenty individuals have resided within it throughout its entire existence.

Bethenny plans to retain her waterfront Miami residence, yet she’s on the hunt for a local property in need of refurbishment too.

According to the source, she has a fondness for home renovation tasks. What she’s currently seeking is a property that requires some refurbishment, allowing her to customize it and imbue it with her personal touch.

The source added, “She values convenience and prefers spending time with her friends rather than experiencing the usual Miami lifestyle.

Last week, she shared an Instagram video announcing her relocation to the Sunshine State, stating, ‘A new opportunity has come up which makes this the most beneficial and well-considered choice for me and my daughter.’

In my opinion, as someone who appreciates the finer aspects of life, I’ve chosen to establish my main and lasting abode in the vibrant city that is New York. However, I shall also retain a residence in The Hamptons, as I hold a deep affection for both locations.

Apart from showing her work area, she gave a peek at what could be her future backyard, hinting that it’s near the ocean. However, it’s unsure if she’s already owned a house in that location.

Contrary to certain assumptions suggesting a political motivation, DailyMail.com revealed last week that her move had a different purpose – it was actually for her child.

The idea is that she and Bryn will adjust to their new residence prior to the upcoming school year. At present, she is exploring properties in town and wrapping up the specifics of the relocation process. This information was confirmed by the source.

Previously, Frankel disposed of a Soho apartment in New York City for $7 million during the year 2022. In September of the previous year, she had also listed a property in Bridgehampton for $6 million, which she had initially purchased back in 2013 for the same amount.

At the moment, her property holdings feature a luxurious residence valued at $5.5 million located in Southampton, as well as a 1,300-square-foot loft in the Upper West Side that she acquired back in January.

A significant number of supporters suspect her actions might be politically motivated, implying she could now lean towards supporting Donald Trump.

She didn’t disclose her choice for the 2024 Presidential election candidate publicly, but she criticized people for not tolerating differing opinions and also criticized Kamala Harris for associating with celebrities.
