Tish Cyrus Spotted Filming After Billy Ray’s Elizabeth Hurley Romance Shock

For the initial sighting, Miley Cyrus’ mom, Tish Cyrus, has recently appeared following Billy Ray Cyrus’ declaration of his new romance with English beauty, Elizabeth Hurley.

On Tuesday the star was spotted heading to a house in Woodland Hills, California.

The 57-year-old matriarch was with two other women and appeared to be filming something. 

Holding a small microphone, Tish spoke with one of the women as the other filmed them. 

After entering, they spent approximately 4 hours indoors before venturing out again to film another segment for the camera outside.

They then headed back to the car, with Tish pausing to show off her tattoos to her friend.

Clad in a casual sweater bearing the logo ‘Asphalt Animal’, Tish maintained a cheerful and at-ease demeanor, seemingly unfazed by the recent rumors suggesting that Billy Ray may have been unfaithful to her with Elizabeth during their marriage.

Billy Ray met the British personality while filming Christmas in Paradise in 2022. 

2020 marked the heart-wrenching end of my beloved Billy Ray and Tish’s 28-year union, a chapter that I held dear as an ardent fan. Now, it seems fate has taken a new turn, as Tish, once half of the Cyrus duo, is now walking down the aisle with Dominic Purcell, star of the captivating series Prison Break.

On Sunday Hurley has sparked speculation she is dating Billy Ray.

59-year-old actress who starred in Bedazzled shared an Instagram post featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, giving her a friendly kiss while donning bunny ears, sparking conversation among followers on Easter greetings.

She simply captioned the post: ‘Happy Easter [red heart emoji]’

23-year-old model son of Elizabeth, Damian Hurley (son of the late businessman Steve Bing) reacted with a celebratory face and a red heart emoji, indicating his approval.

A few days ago, Elizabeth shared a video of her beach vacation in the Maldives, complete with a catchy tune from Billy Ray’s 1992 hit “She’s Not Crying Over You” playing in the background.

She captioned the clip: ‘The most glorious sunset in the glorious Maldives.’

The pair have worked together in the past having starred in the 2022 film ‘Christmas in Paradise’.

Billy Ray entered into a romantic connection with the 36-year-old singer, Firerose, back in 2022. They got married in October 2023, but their marriage didn’t last long as they parted ways less than a year later.

In simpler terms, the well-known country musician is the father of Miley Cyrus (aged 32), Noah Cyrus (25 years old), and Braison Cyrus (33 years old). His second wife is Tish, who was part of this family setup.

As a diehard fan, I can’t help but share this fascinating tidbit: Billy Ray, whom I affectionately know as my idol, took in Brandi Cyrus, 37, and Trace Cyrus, 36, from Tish’s previous relationship. It’s also worth mentioning that he has a 33-year-old son, Christopher Cody, whose mother is the wonderful Kristin Luckey. This just goes to show the warmth and love that Billy Ray exudes!

Billy Ray initially wed Cindy Smith back in 1986; their union lasted up until they parted ways through a divorce in 1991.

Regarding Elizabeth, she was involved with actor Hugh Grant for a span of thirteen years, from 1987 until 2000.

Currently, Tish is sharing insights on the steps they took to mend their strained bond with Noah Cyrus, following over a year of public disagreements.

Reports suggest that the reported issue stemmed from Tish’s relationship with, and subsequent marriage to, the actor, Dominic Purcell, in 2023.

According to reports, the supposed rift was primarily due to Tish’s relationship with actor Dominic Purcell, whom she married in 2023.

Regarding the conflicting accounts about any past connections between Noah and Dominic before his relationship with her mother, numerous sources asserted that there was indeed a casual relationship between them in the past. This claim was made by Noah, who alleged that her mother had been involved with Dominic, the Prison Break star, thereby ‘stealing’ him away.

In the most recent installment of Tish and Brandi Cyrus’ podcast, “Sorry We’re Cyrus,” an unexpected guest, Noah, was present. During this episode, the leading figure shared insights on how they mended their relationship, steering clear of any discussions about their rumored disagreement.

According to Tish, just being physically closer to her daughter helped patch over their issues. 

This year, Noah relocated, and it has turned out wonderfully for us, she shared. She mentioned that now they can enjoy their strolls more frequently, and even discovered a new favorite ice cream vendor in the neighborhood.

In June of 2023, Tish offered some complimentary remarks about Noah’s fiance, the renowned German fashion designer Pinkus, which weren’t hurtful at all.

Noah’s mother expressed her affection, saying, ‘I adore him deeply and truly… he is indeed a man. He’s incredibly respectful, ambitious, and kind-hearted. To be honest, I believe he’s just about perfect, and I couldn’t be more delighted that you’re with him.’

Previously, it was mentioned that they had been spending time together and had a romantic connection before he eventually married Tish.

It was alleged that Noah was ‘offended’ when her mother married the Australian star.

According to a source, Noah and Dominic had an on-again, off-again relationship that was more of a ‘friends with benefits’ arrangement. However, they eventually ended things, and then Tish initiated something new between them.

‘Tish knew he had been seeing Noah,’ they added.

Despite Noah and Dominic no longer being involved romantically once Noah began his relationship with Tish, it’s said that Tish didn’t provide Noah an opportunity to discuss everything prior to their marriage.

According to earlier reports by Us Weekly, the rift between Tish and Noah is said to have arisen when Tish apparently showed interest in Dominic, whom Noah had been dating for approximately 8 to 9 months.

Dominic and Noah, who have a 30 year age gap, were said to be ‘having issues.’

As a fervent admirer, I can’t help but share the heart-wrenching tale I’ve heard. Apparently, when Tish allegedly took Dominic away from Noah, it left him in a state of deep distress. Consequently, this emotional turmoil led me to understand why she missed her mother’s wedding to the Australian actor.

In 2024, a source close to the family informed Dailymail.com that some of Noah’s accounts about his relationship with Dominic might not be accurate.

According to the source, Noah has never been romantically involved with Dominic, and they have not had a relationship. It’s misguided for her to believe anything different, as she seems to be fabricating a story that portrays herself as a victim.

Regardless of the debated history behind their rumored spat, matters deteriorated so severely by March 2024 that Tish supposedly believed her bond with Noah was ‘irreparable.’ It was also said that she was ‘unwilling’ to entertain the idea of reconciling with her daughter.

A source disclosed to Us Weekly that Miley too felt deeply affected by the family rift, since Noah had stopped reaching out to her.

Unlike Noah, who made the bold decision to miss his mother’s wedding to Dominic, I, on the other hand, elected to honor the occasion by attending and offering my support to Tish. The initial signs of a potential reconciliation between Noah and her mother emerged in July, as they were seen together in public.

Instead, the meeting seemed primarily focused on practical matters, with images from DailyMail.com showing them engaged for more than two hours at a facility that provides financial guidance and legal counsel.

However, their recent TikTok dance video suggests they’re not just tolerating each other’s presence, but rather, it appears they genuinely take pleasure in being around one another once more.

In the caption, Noah affectionately called Tish ‘Mom’ and humorously suggested that she is taking over the role of dance partner on TikTok from older sister Brandi Cyrus.
