JoJo Siwa Sparks Romance Rumors With Chris Hughes After Dropping Lesbian Label on CBB Live Stream

On Monday night, during the live broadcast of Celebrity Big Brother, JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes were found engaged in a rather personal conversation.

21-year-old reality TV personality from Dance Moms and the 32-year-old ex-Love Island celebrity have been keeping spectators intrigued by their seemingly playful camaraderie within their shared living space, stirring speculations of a close bond between them.

Prior to JoJo’s revelation that she no longer identifies as a lesbian on the program, they were spotted being affectionate with each other once more.

The duo stood in the kitchen, locking eyes with one another, as they earnestly requested massages from one another.

While Chris hugged JoJo, she said: ‘I need a massage.’

Chris replied ‘I’ll give you a massage’, as he pulled her in close by her jumper.

Following a lengthy exchange about a massage, JoJo playfully quipped, “It seems I’m the one sporting a busted eyeball.

Chris implied that he was the one who had fixed everything throughout the day, hinting that JoJo might have gotten hurt.

JoJo said: ‘You have sat with me for 10 minutes, max’.

Chris encouraged, “Go ahead, show me what you’ve got. Look straight at me, focus on my eyes. That’s fantastic, it looks fixed now.

JoJo responded: ‘I’ve had a rough day, I’ve had a hard day today’.

In a recent discussion, an American social media personality disclosed her sexual orientation, mentioning earlier to fellow residents, “I prefer women,” which unfortunately sparked derogatory comments about homosexuality from actor Mickey Rourke, aged 72.

On Tuesday evening’s live broadcast, after a three-person elimination that resulted in the departure of Patsy Palmer, Ella Rae Wise, and Angellica Bell, it was observed that JoJo sought advice from RuPaul’s Drag Race celebrity, Danny Beard.

In a private conversation within their bedroom, she admitted, “I’m feeling quite unusual,” to which Danny replied, “Me too! I’m not typical either.

JoJo, who is dating influencer Kath Ebbs, previously held the belief that she was a lesbian. However, after some self-reflection, they have come to understand that their identity extends beyond the label of being a lesbian. Instead, they now identify as ‘queer’.

JoJo went on: “That’s pretty neat, I’m swapping letters! I’ve let go of ‘L’ and moved to ‘Q’ instead. It’s this flexibility in expression that I find so appealing when it comes to sexuality.

Following a warm embrace, Danny, who identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, jokingly remarked: “You know what the Brits adore most? Standing in line!

In common terms, the word “queer” is often used as a broad label or category for individuals who identify their sexual orientation as something other than straight.

This encompasses individuals who are drawn to both the same and opposite genders, and it may also pertain to those who identify as non-binary or transgender.

Stonewall, a charity for the LGBTQ community, explains that this term refers to individuals who prefer not to identify strictly with traditional labels related to sexual orientation or gender identity.

JoJo came out as pansexual in 2021 but has described herself as gay in recent interviews.

During an appearance on Paul C Brunson’s podcast “We Need To Talk”, she discussed her personal experiences related to sexuality prior to entering the Big Brother house.

She responded: ‘One I’m still on for sure. I never thought twice about anything.’

In the course of Celebrity Big Brother, she has developed a strong connection with Chris from Love Island. This friendship has sparked considerable interest and conversation among both viewers and other housemates.

They’ve often been spotted showing affection towards each other while snuggled up in bed at night, with Chris openly expressing his desire for a kiss.

Consequently, JoJo’s partner Kath has been subjected to hurtful online comments, with internet bullies suggesting falsely that the dancer is unfaithful to Chris.

The pair began dating in November last year.

Kath, who identifies themselves as non-binary and prefers the use of both she/her and they/them pronouns, has now turned off comments on their Instagram posts.

Previously, JoJo expressed her admiration for their relationship, stating on the We Need To Talk podcast: “My partner is simply extraordinary and stunningly wonderful. I still can’t believe I managed to win them over.

‘With Kath, I just trust them beyond trust.’

She expressed that her aspiration is to become a mother, as she deeply desires the role of being a mom. Since she was twelve years old, she has harbored a strong maternal inclination.

JoJo also opened up about her journey with her sexuality.

She mentioned that she had a close friend who was particularly significant to her at the age of 16, and they first encountered each other on a cruise ship. She inquired about the timeline when this friend realized their sexual orientation by asking, “At what point did you become aware of your homosexuality?

At that moment, she was 15 years old. When I asked if she was single, she responded, “Not me, I already have a boyfriend,” to which I replied, “I find that hard to believe.

She displayed a photo of her partner and mentioned she was the very first woman I had encountered. Intrigued, I found myself remarking, “You’re a lesbian.” Although I hadn’t met a woman like her before, my intuition told me that was precisely who she was. Eventually, we formed an unbreakable bond of friendship.

Six months down the line, she approached me and said, “I feel like there’s something I need to share with you.” It happened to be June, which meant it was Pride Month.

In a different phrasing, the conversation could be: ‘She admitted, “It appears you were correct.” To which I responded, “About my assumption that you’re attracted to women?” She agreed, saying, “Indeed, I believe I lean towards women.” And I acknowledged, “I had already figured that out.”‘

‘What you shouldn’t do is precisely what I ended up doing – putting unnecessary pressure on someone and making assumptions. However, it’s not appropriate to behave in this manner.’

‘And two months later, she became my first girlfriend.’

As a lifestyle connoisseur, let me share an amusing anecdote from my recent social escapades. A friend inquired, “Are you smitten with anyone at the moment, care to spill the beans?” To which I playfully responded, “Nope.” And so, we engaged in this intriguing game of cat and mouse for the entire week, as she persistently probed for any romantic inclinations.

She asked, “Could you please let me know if it’s a boy or a girl?” And for the very first time, I confided in her, revealing, “I have a crush on a girl.” (In this version, I tried to maintain the original meaning while making it sound more natural and smooth.)

She replied, “I suspected all along, you’re also gay. That’s why you showed such concern about my being gay.

My mother asked me, “Are your feelings for her something beyond friendship?” Since I can’t tell a lie, I honestly admitted that they were. She responded by saying, “I suspected as much.

In 2021, when she went public, she shared that Elton John reached out to her directly. He managed to get her phone number and gave her a call. He simply wanted to express his pride in her and offer his congratulations.

Initially, I believed everything was favorable… but as I continued scrolling, I was taken aback, shocked almost to disbelief. It wasn’t that I was surprised by the rudeness directed at me; instead, I was stunned by the apparent homophobia displayed.

JoJo’s initial days in the house were marked by a distressing incident, as fellow resident Mickey launched an offensive and discriminatory verbal attack against her, due to which Mickey was subsequently removed from the house.

He stirred strong disapproval when he labeled JoJo as a derogatory term for homosexual and suggested he could change her sexual orientation while they were both in the house. Furthermore, he made a threat to bind her.

In a conversation about her romantic preferences, Mickey inquired of the influencer: “Are you attracted to women or men?” To this, she answered: “As for me, I prefer women. My partner identifies as non-binary.

In a firm stance, Mickey asserts that if he spends more than four days with her, he can alter her sexual orientation by stating: “Given sufficient time, more than four days, your sexuality will no longer be homosexual.

JoJo responded, “I can assure you that I will continue to identify as gay and I’ll remain happily partnered.

‘I plan to swiftly vote out the individual who identifies as a lesbian.’

In a different phrasing: JoJo responded sharply, saying, “That’s discriminatory, is that the logic you’re using?”, and Chris swiftly intervened, “Mickey, you can’t say that.

Unphased, Mickey persisted with, ‘I require a cigarette’, then indicating towards JoJo he said, ‘I’m not conversing with you.’

Again, Chris counters by saying, “Mickey, you can’t make that remark,” to which Mickey clarified, “I understand. I was referring to a cigarette.

As Chris consoled JoJo who appeared distressed following their exchange, Mickey was summoned to the Diary Room and given a caution.

Later on, I found myself being asked to leave the premises following some unfortunate and unprofessional remarks I made towards Ella Rae Wise that were of a sexual nature. Additionally, I became confrontational with Chris, using harsh language and calling him disrespectful names. Clearly, these actions were not aligned with the respect and professionalism this lifestyle expert strives to uphold at all times.
